I went through the drive-thru this evening and when I got home my entire order was wrong. I spoke with a woman named Brandi and she was very understanding. I went back and they made everything over and I was on my way with the corrected food. She was very apologetic and extremely sincere. So shout out to Brandi for showing me customer service still exists.
