This Dunkin kicks butt. Always busy, but always friendly and pretty quick. Recently waited longer than usual, and they insisted on giving me a free donut. Haven’t had a fast food experience like that in years.
coffee did not taste good. You have to use a self-service kiosk which is intentionally confusing, hides prices, and tries to make you spend more than you're meaning to. Also prices have increased drastically. Sizes have also gotten smaller since I was last at dunkin's. Donut cream filling tasted watered down somehow. Breakfast sandwich left a bad aftertaste in my mouth. Honestly I'm really disappointed. I haven't had Dunkin donuts since pre covid so I was hoping...

When you order less ice in your coffee you have no clue how much you're getting. Got 3 less ice coffees. One was full while the other two were not even close.
