We had our food within 15 minutes and Vanessa was super friendly when she handed our food and talked to our 18 month old boy! Kisha took our order and everything was perfect! Aston was the manger on duty and was fabulous! One of our favorites!!

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers a pleasant dining experience with great service from employees like Keisha, who is known for her friendly and personalized approach. The food, including their soft and delicious ice cream and good cheeseburgers, is consistently fresh and enjoyable. Customers have also praised the positive attitude of the staff, especially a young employee who took their order with kindness and did a fantastic job. While there have been occasional issues with management, some customers have experienced unprofessional behavior from staff, such as talking about customers or serving incomplete orders. Despite these concerns, many still appreciate the kind staff and overall atmosphere. Overall, it's a favorite place to eat for many, though some may choose to go elsewhere if experiences do not meet expectations.
