Usually we find this location to be one of the better McDonald's but this morning is way off. Pulled us forward to wait. Delivered someone else's food to our car 2x and didn't bother to confirm our order number either time even though we stuck our food order to the mirror..29 minutes and waiting. Every single time I order either via the app or in the drive thru I ALWAYS have to pull up and wait. The fries are cold and they never give me the ketchup, salt etc that I ask for while at the window.

Service is okay depending on what day and time you go. Definitely don’t go in the morning cuz they have no customer service whatsoever and are super rude. Spent 20 minutes in the drive thru just waiting on a frappe, ended up walking inside and it was sitting out on the counter, and the girl working the counter looked at me like I was stupid and had an attitude when I asked about it. One on colonel Glenn is much better
