Hot Head Burritos

Got there right when it opened and had a BOGO coupon. Got 2 chicken bowls and they were delicious. Worker's were very nice

We took advantage of the two burritos or bowls deal today for $15.99. While we were impressed with the variety of options hotheads had for us to choose from, the food lacked flavor overall. The service was also very lackluster with the individual who made our food being a bit ill-mannered and unfriendly. It was hard to distinguish between ingredients when eating the food because it was overall very bland. Even with an array of sauces to add flavor, at a foundational level the food is just not good. I would call it mediocre at best and I recommend chipotle, qdoba, or even taco bell instead.

I visited Hot Head Burritos in Fairborn OH this evening at 6:30pm. I got an Americano burrito. ? It was good, but in my opinion, not as good as Chipotle, somewhat better than Taco Bell.

Do not order delivery or takeout from this location! I’ve tried giving them so many chances because they’re much closer to me than the other location, but my burrito is wrong literally every single time I order. It’s always missing 2-3 things or has completely wrong ingredients. The food is okay if you go in and actually have them make the burrito in front of you, aside from whatever they’re surely out of at the time. The staff isn’t very friendly here, though. I definitely am done with this location until they get a better staff/manager in here.

It was our first time coming here. This place is great! Fast friendly service. We got the jalapeño ranch burritos which are zesty with a little bit of heat. They also offer paleo and keto options. Will be back for a protein bowl for sure.

We ordered To-Go right before closing. Chicken was not as fresh tasting for that reason only. The grilled peppers and onions, however, were freshly made before my eyes because they were out and were very delicious! This was my first time trying a “Hot Head Burritos” in Ohio. It was good for the late night order and the customer service was fantastic!

Went in to get some food before class, and I ordered a sweet habinero bowl. My boyfriend ordered a burrito. She paid more attention to my bf and didn't even ask me what I wanted on my bowl. She just started putting stuff on there. I had to stop her and ask for more things, to which she huffed. She was extremely rude. I was going to get a drink and chips. Maybe even a cookie but no all I wanted to do was leave. I was making her day horrible. Never again.

Very poor cleaning practices and did not follow health safety practices when preparing my food. Food was scraped off the counter with bugs on it into the burrito I ordered.Still charged for the food too.

got the wrong food, called the store and got told that if i wanted a refund i would have to call corporate. i asked them to remake the food and they got an attitude and asked when i wanted it. i told them 15 minutes and they said okay. i got there and the managers wanted to see the food that was made wrong and got an attitude when i asked for them to give me a different cup of guacamole because the one i received was brown and warm.
