Hot Head Burritos

Tonight we ordered here through DD. All the other times we have ordered, we've never had an issue. Or at least one this bad. Food is great. Service tonight was not the norm.

Our first order had a Mt. Dew instead of Starry. This may be fine for some people, but I get severe migraines from caffeine, so I was unable to drink it and had to give it to someone else. We also had one of our bowls come without the meat that was ordered.

As instructed by HH, we called DD to rectify the issue. They sent out a reorder. Second order comes. We didn't recieve the chips and queso, but that was okay. We find out there is no bottled Starry so instead they gave us it as a fountain drink. Except the fountain drink was just carbonated water. As we are pulling out our food order, all 3 bowl containers are soaking wet from the steam and juices, so we had to promptly move everything over to other containers and I had to go to the gas station to get my drink.

They give you the bare minimum for your money and then charge extra. If you ask for sauce sauce are you kidding me? They’re minimum and then charge for sauce. I’ve never seen nothing like it. I wonder if they would charge you for icing for cake or ketchup for fries then chicken and charge you for the barbecue,
The one up the road is owned by corporate and they don’t charge for sauce

That’s nice the apology but I never seen anything like it there the portion control is so tight there which I get everything’s getting more expensive but to charge for sauce I got a teaspoon of sauce. The lady smiled and said she would have to charge me for more. I already feel like I’m getting bare minimum for my money sauce.

They will charge you for everything and then give you bare minimum of everything steak ,cheese ,and sauce , bare minimum of everything I asked for more sauce and then wanted to up charge me if they sold french fries they would charge you for the ketchup

I appreciate the apology but I get all times are tough but I love that restaurant but every time I go there lately everything’s a up charge, queso ,cheese anything it doesn’t matter the portion control there I can live with most of it, but on sauce ,sauce I have to draw a line somewhere, I get 2 teaspoons of Hot Head sauce then the manager smiles and said she has to charge me more if I want more that’s ridiculous

Delicious as always! Got a free bowl from my rewards didn’t know I could get half chicken and half steak at no extra cost and had it toasted and it was absolutely delicious!!

Better than Chipotle and Qdoba combined! Yummy and unique options. I love the mini-sized options for burritos and bowls. Perfect portion sizes!

In and out in a matter of minutes! Young man working the register was super helpful and friendly. The food wasn't bad either for something quick.
