My father went to pick up pizza and called me to ask me to call the store to see if they could bring the pizza out. Woman that answered the phone was very rude. Parking lot and side walk a sheet of ice. Asked if they could bring out the pizza she got very rude and said she would do it this time and that she salted this morning, then proceeded to hang up. No have a good day or anything. When bringing out the pizza she told my 62 year old father for future reference we don't have curbside. She had a nose ring.(I didn't catch her name) Won't be back to this location. Haven't been to marcos in a while. Food was great, service not so much. Might just keep them off my list and goto veronas and donatos as they have good pizza.

Best chain I've tried in the local area. Fast service, and well-made food. Crust was delicious and sauce is very savory. Bonus points for the lady behind the counter that washed her hands after taking my money. Will return and this will be my new weekly chain pizza; sorry Papa John's.

Employees acted like normal, nice people. Nothing professional but in my opinion, great customer service. I ordered online and my food was ready right on time. The food however, was the icing on the cake. The perfect amount of cheese, sauce, crispy pepperoni, seasoning, and the beautiful crust. The dough/crust brought it all together. Some of the best pizza I've ever had.

Order quoted at over an hour for delivery and still arrived 25 minutes after quote time. Food was barely warm and cheese was translucent as though it had been sitting for an extended amount of time. This was our second time experiencing extremely long wait times for poor quality. We won't be trying a third time. Hard pass on this Marco's location going forward.

The pizza was mediocre at best. It no sauce on it at all I thought perhaps it was the type I got but I have gotten that particular type of pizza at other places and it had red sauce on it. I will probably give another store a try but not the one I used.

Extremely rude employees and management does not honor credits given for botched orders. They wanted me to pay 17+ dollars for a replacement pizza after being told that there would be a credit on the account for the next time.
Service was less than mediocre, employee at the register was nonchalant and didn’t greet us, which I understand for a pizza place. Food was not good, we ordered here a month ago and it was great, but this time they put way too many mushrooms on it, pizza tasted undercooked on that side as well.

I love ordering from Marcos Pizza because they don't gouge you and the food is fabulous. They also have an option where you can donate to aid hunger in children when placing orders. Marcos also gives deals and points to those who order from their app. I can get twice as much food here than Dominos, Pizza Hut and Cassanos and they have no option to donate for any charity. Keep up the good work Marcos and keep donating to end childhood hunger.

Customer service was terrible ? food horrible ? ? atmosphere suckt I was trying to order the lady was rushing me to order because she was short staffed . Pushing her stressful day on me . Beyond rude disrespectful definitely won't be coming back ever I do contracting in the area and I won't be using them for my job sites or lunches no thank you terrible people and company
