Clearly some things never change. The employees are now trained to focus more on drive through times than delivering consistent quality. Practices such as pulling under cooked french fries early just to minimize wait times. Instead of focusing on core sales items they are still trying to expand the menu which increases drive through times and necessitates these poor delivery options! this is the more than once time i have had to wait in line to get chicken tenders only to get glazed chicken tenders. You should do a door dash just to fix all the orders you mess up on! Oh but then you would go out of business! Can you tell- not happy again!
