Went on saturday december 28th around lunch time placed an order on the kiosk as always because you can never get costumer service at any scotts mcdonalds location. Had to wait a few minutes for someone to come up to the register to expect our payment. Thats not even the problem the problem was the food was UNDER cooked and the store was DIRTY. These mcdonalds have no proper training at all.

Avoid at all cost. They pull every car out of the drive thru to try and keep drive times down, forcing customers to wait even longer than normal. Not normal procedure for a mcdonalds. Poor managing.

Took forever for our food which wasn’t much then brought out out food and forgot the frappe the girl said she would get it then proceeded to come out and pass out more food to others without out the frappe. Then there was a worker who came out and hit a weed pen 2 times until it blinked maybe that’s why it takes them forever and service is slow 🤷‍♀️

Don't ask to have anything added or taken off your order or they get mad at you and coat your burger in so much paper you can't eat it. Then when you try and let the manager or DM know and show them pictures they won't call you back. Don't waste your money go somewhere else.

Food not fresh, missing items and all sauces for 3 orders of nuggets. And there response is come pick up missing items!! Well let's see sontje rest of the already cold food can get even colder. And no I don't want or need your mailed coupons..does no good for the family lunch today. Spend $38 dollars would have been better off getting speedway roller dogs and that isn't saying much.. worse mcdonalds and the sad thing is that it happens almost every time you go there. Missing items, wrong food or food that taste like it's been laying around..
