First off, there should NEVER be 8 people in "reserve" waiting on food. It's as if there has been NO training, what-so-ever. I don't think I've ever been to a McDonald's as poorly managed as this one.
manager arguing with me about price showing on the register vs. what they wanted me pay....asking for more $$ but could not tell me why??
