Food was hot and fresh, service was fast. (I mean you place your own order at a kiosk so the only service I can comment on is their efficiency and how polite they were when they called you name and handed you your food - both were great.) Ordered shakes after we finished with our meal because we like them as "dessert" and prefer them to not be melted. They were good also!
I don't understand why if you place an order online to be ready at a certain time and then you're in the drive-thru at that certain time to pick it up they tell you have to go in to get it. And then you go in and there are so many customers standing around waiting for their orders and there's nobody that works at the counter that tries to help anybody. You order on kiosk. Tried to ask the staff a question about the menu and they wouldnt acknowledge me. The staff was arguing with each other and rude to customers. Food was good for the price. The restaurant was dirty. All the tables were dirty. Even for the place not busy at all. Was 1 other table occupied. Drink area was gross. Sad used to love this location.
