Don’t go here. I went through the drive through and the guy charged my card a 20% tip without me knowing. I’ve called the customer service no one can help me and I gave a cash tip also. I talked to a live agent and that’s supposed to take 1-3 business days

The experience was terrible. Our food was overcooked and the bread sticks had no butter or the seasoning. A waste of money entirely. I tried to called the store 4 times and no one picked up. Horrible customer service!!! I will never eat here again and who ever does is better off going some place else!

The pizza was absolutely delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors in every bite. The crust was wonderfully crisp and held up well to the toppings, creating a delightful texture. I was especially impressed with the fresh ingredients, which tasted like they had been carefully selected. The service was also quite pleasant, as the staff was friendly and efficient throughout the entire experience. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable meal, and I would gladly return for another slice.

We ordered our food didn’t get half our order pizza was cold after waiting 1hr 45 minutes. We call the call center transfer us to the store in Fairborn and keep getting hung up on after someone answered the phone and they’ll get a manager! Just a terrible experience I know they don’t care we spend 70 dollars on pizza and want to give us terrible food and not help get us new food

Got the complete wrong order for pickup. Called and said I had could have a refund but would have to call and speak to Carl or Craig the next day. I called and spoke to Carl and he stated I couldn’t get a refund. Highly disappointed. Food was not fresh and customer service was terrible. Distract manager is supposed to contact, now I’m just out $30.
Been months and still haven't heard from anyone about this.
The pizza and breadsticks were cold and dry. I went to go pick up my mini personal pan pizzas and I asked for double pepperoni. When I got home I opened the box up and it was clearly not double pepperoni and they charged me the price of double pepperoni. Never will I visit this location again. Sadly, the place looked severely understaffed. They make you pick up your order at the window and you can't walk in to the storefront.

Carl the night manager from the Fairborn Pizza Hut did a wonderful thing tonight. It was
almost closing time and his delivery driver had to leave because of car trouble and I'm not supposed to drive so I couldn't go get my order. So he took it upon himself and delivered our order himself. He was very nice and polite and should be rewarded.

I and my 96 yr old dad order a pizza here every other week for pickup and it has been mostly a really good experience. There was one problem one time with no Italian sausage available which has been resolved. And one that was mostly my dad’s impatience as the wait at the pickup window with the car ahead of us really slow so Dad got out and went inside and came out all smiles. The assistant manager, Carl, is always so pleasant and helpful. The pizza is always good and as ordered and customer service excellent.
