The pizza was absolutely delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors in every bite. The crust was wonderfully crisp and held up well to the toppings, creating a delightful texture. I was especially impressed with the fresh ingredients, which tasted like they had been carefully selected. The service was also quite pleasant, as the staff was friendly and efficient throughout the entire experience. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable meal, and I would gladly return for another slice.

We ordered our food didn’t get half our order pizza was cold after waiting 1hr 45 minutes. We call the call center transfer us to the store in Fairborn and keep getting hung up on after someone answered the phone and they’ll get a manager! Just a terrible experience I know they don’t care we spend 70 dollars on pizza and want to give us terrible food and not help get us new food

Got the complete wrong order for pickup. Called and said I had could have a refund but would have to call and speak to Carl or Craig the next day. I called and spoke to Carl and he stated I couldn’t get a refund. Highly disappointed. Food was not fresh and customer service was terrible. Distract manager is supposed to contact, now I’m just out $30.
Been months and still haven't heard from anyone about this.

The pizza and breadsticks were cold and dry. I went to go pick up my mini personal pan pizzas and I asked for double pepperoni. When I got home I opened the box up and it was clearly not double pepperoni and they charged me the price of double pepperoni. Never will I visit this location again. Sadly, the place looked severely understaffed. They make you pick up your order at the window and you can't walk in to the storefront.

Carl the night manager from the Fairborn Pizza Hut did a wonderful thing tonight. It was
almost closing time and his delivery driver had to leave because of car trouble and I'm not supposed to drive so I couldn't go get my order. So he took it upon himself and delivered our order himself. He was very nice and polite and should be rewarded.

I and my 96 yr old dad order a pizza here every other week for pickup and it has been mostly a really good experience. There was one problem one time with no Italian sausage available which has been resolved. And one that was mostly my dad’s impatience as the wait at the pickup window with the car ahead of us really slow so Dad got out and went inside and came out all smiles. The assistant manager, Carl, is always so pleasant and helpful. The pizza is always good and as ordered and customer service excellent.

Let's start with the delivery driver that likes to fly down west garland ave at a very high speed,well over 25. It's residential so slow down ! Reaching the 4 way stop I was almost rear ended . Got to the light and almost hit me again. Mind you they didn't have a sign on their car. I was on my way to pizza hut to pick up my order. They again were on my bumper . Said something to manager, just for it to be blown off. Finally in store to get my order and I was told it had another 10 -15 mins and wasn't even in the oven yet. This place and work crew are the rudest people I've ever met. Who talks to customers with attitude ? This place is always behind. Always ! I will never waste a single dollar at this location again. Get actual managers that do their customer service job with so niceness. Get actual new management. Horrible customer service and I did reach out to corporate. I have my cars camera videos of the employee who almost hit my car 3 different occasions. Someone's pizza is not worth taking someones life . Slow down and drive the speed limit !
Pizza Hut is the best! They always have a great deal. The staff is courteous and the food is quikly made. Pan pizza can't be beaten!

My wife was at the store to order a pizza. She stood at the counter for 10 minutes watching the employee smoke a cigarette in the back. They could see each other, but the employee was not concerned about customer service. She finally left the store. The employee did not move. This was Monday, Columbus Day, at approximately 5:00 pm.

I love Pizza Hut so much. Pizza Hut can sometimes be a hit or miss, but this one is always a hit. My food is always amazing, a good temperature when delivered, and the staff are always friendly. I am a Pizza Hut mega fan.
Parking: This Pizza Hut is in a bit of a sketchy part of town, so if you’re parking I would park where you can see your car. Otherwise, there was plenty of parking.
Placed an order at 6:06 pm , it hit about 7:10 and i decided to call bc the app was not updating and i received no text. Mind you i work in food service so i get being busy! Anyways, they tell us they just got our order in the oven and he’ll have a driver out as soon as possible, then told us it should be about 10 mins. Well it’s now 7:34 as i’m typing this and i still do not have my order. Again i get being busy, but to just say oh sorry! and not offer me anything after i’ve been waiting over an hour for a pizza is insane. I also only live 5 minutes from this store. I also order a dr pepper 2L, and i ended up with a pepsi.
