The Only Geronimo

Both my Doordash and in store experiences were lackluster . In store you can recite what # sandwich you want but they still stand there starting at you to tell them the ingredients as if they don't even know the menu. Today I couldn't even order more than just my sandwich because the girls accent was so outrageously thick I genuinely couldn't understand a majority of what she was saying besides the few words she seemed to genuinely understand " 6 inch 7.99". Can't recommend this location if you're looking for a smooth lunch experience

I have twice placed an online order here yet waited 20 minutes or more once I arrived to the store. Sometimes only one employee is scheduled for an entire dinner rush shift. They did not have spinach and instead replaced it with brown lettuce that must of been days old even though I did not request lettuce. Just a very poorly ran store and the reviews show it. Unfortunate it's the closest to me.

The lemonade and tea dispensers was disgustingly filthy, my food was toasted and was still ice cold. The tables had food on them. I won’t recommend this subway restaurant because of how dirty it was inside.

Place sucks, charged me 15 dollars for a sub with 3 meats on it. She said it had to be rung in as "the beast" when it wasn't. I said it was wrong but she said she couldn't change it so I had to pay it. don't go here

Ordered my sandwich online and went to pick it up at the estimated time. When I tried to go inside the front door was locked and nobody behind the counter. I waited over 10 minutes knocking on the glass before it took someone to let me in to get my food. Even the other car that pulled in the parking lot with me was annoyed and left to go elsewhere. Not to mention my sandwich order was wrong when I got home.

The sandwich artist argued with me after I questioned ringing me up for a large soft drink price for a cup of water. She said they had to because they were out of small plastic water cups. Huh? They also wouldn't accept coupons per owner decision. Definitely stay away. Find another Subway. Eat fresh!

On the website it states this places closes at 10pm. My wife calls me crying because she showed up at 858pm today which is 4-22-2024 the only lady that was working there had the door wide open and was just putting the place together locked the door in my wife's in her face and said the store was close. Again this says the store closes at 1000pm not 858pm. This is very unprofessional and Ultimately disappointing since they have a sign posted saying under new management. If this is how you treat possible consumers then I don't know what you plan to do differently than the previous owners. The owner needs to see this and teach the workers better. You need to do better in today's market.

Placed an order online. Arrived at the restaurant and was told they were out of meatballs for one of my subs. Asked if the female worker could cancel the order. She said I’d have to do it online. There is no way to cancel the order online. They marked my order as being picked up. Was charged for $32. Went back up to the store to tell her I am unable to cancel the order online. Asked for a number to a general manager and she claimed she didn’t know any phone number.
