My fiancé and me ordered a meatball sub and an Italian bmt on Friday and we got sick as dogs all weekend. Just wanted to warn people because it was so horrible. We will never come back again. I think the health department needs to make a visit there after the way we felt this weekend.

Literally just wanted to pay with digital coupon. The lady just screamed at me . I felt very uncomfortable . And my kids didn't need to see that . I'm goimg to call corporate . This cannot continue with rude employees . Absolutely the worst subway . The employees need to do better . Next time I won't be so nice .

I’m so tired of how rude they are. I don’t live far from here so it’s convenient! I called before I came to ask if I can use a promo coupon I was told yes. At the end it came up to 35 dollars. I only had a 20 bc the coupon was 3 foot longs for 17.99 he told me I should of said something and it was entirely my fault I told him I called he said no you didn’t and told me I was lying.
A stranger tried to pay for my meal for me and my kids and he took it down to 25 dollars for him…I said I can pay that doing split pay he said “oh now you can pay” absolutely never coming back here!! The guy especially is VERYYY RUDE! Also walking out I was told by two people they were calling corporate on you for how rude you were to them

THIS IS THE WORST SUBWAY EVER! BEWARE!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!

We ordered the Italian BMT. Got all the way home and realized it’s a BLT, reluctantly had to go back to be faced with a full blown out argument by the manager. All he had to do was apologize for the mix up and remake the sandwich. But no he continue to go back and forth accusing us of ordering the blt instead of the Italian BMT. We repeated “Italian” but these people seem to have a listening problem. This was not the first issue but I promise it will be the last we have with this location. We will be going to the other location next time for sure. This location always complains because I ask for extra lettuce. Not extra meat, not extra cheese but “lettuce”. SMH. Please save your money. The customer service here does NOT exist!

They charged me 6 dollars for extra meat on my husband’s nachos. They didn’t let my husband pick his own toppings and we both couldn’t understand what they were saying. We live really close to this subway but now we are taking our selves to the subway in Xenia

The Only Geronimo

Both my Doordash and in store experiences were lackluster . In store you can recite what # sandwich you want but they still stand there starting at you to tell them the ingredients as if they don't even know the menu. Today I couldn't even order more than just my sandwich because the girls accent was so outrageously thick I genuinely couldn't understand a majority of what she was saying besides the few words she seemed to genuinely understand " 6 inch 7.99". Can't recommend this location if you're looking for a smooth lunch experience

I have twice placed an online order here yet waited 20 minutes or more once I arrived to the store. Sometimes only one employee is scheduled for an entire dinner rush shift. They did not have spinach and instead replaced it with brown lettuce that must of been days old even though I did not request lettuce. Just a very poorly ran store and the reviews show it. Unfortunate it's the closest to me.

The lemonade and tea dispensers was disgustingly filthy, my food was toasted and was still ice cold. The tables had food on them. I won’t recommend this subway restaurant because of how dirty it was inside.
