Restroom had a brown ring in the bowl like it hasn't been cleaned im weeks. It was 1:30 in the afternoon... employes seemed bumbed out. And since when is crock shoes acceptable foot wear for food service? Not happy with my visit. TH has gone to the dogs since the US stores got bought out by the Yum Corp. Barely can find one opem past noon.
We always get Tim Horton's when we visit family in Calgary, AB. We were pleasantly surprised to see one in Ohio so we stopped for breakfast. The sandwiches were so fresh and the coffee was perfect as always! The service was friendly and exceptional!
look, after you've been subject to the TH in Xenia, this one is an oasis of cleanliness and efficiency. we pick up Tim bits once a month, and drive 15 minutes out of our way to avoid the Xenia branch that needs to be razed. Store front was clean, and the display glass for the donuts had been cleaned as well. No flies and fluent English spoken. that's all we ask for.
