2025-04-02: I visited Wendy’s on Colonel Glenn Highway in Fairborn OH this evening at 6pm. The dining room was closed, so I went through the drive thru. They were only taking orders via DoorDash.

By far the absolute worst run Wendy's on the damn planet. They will let you sit for 15 to 20 minutes waiting to place an order in the drive-thru and never even bother to check if anybody is there waiting. Then when you get your food it is cold. And this isn't a temporary problem. This has been a long-standing problem with the management to the people of this particular store. The other Wendy's in Beavercreek and fairbourne are 10 times better. They don't screw it up every single time like this one does. I will never again come to this restaurant.

Their system is always down. Twice they couldn't fulfill app orders, and yet they take the money after they say they will cancel it once the system is back up, and then you call support they can only do so much I've been waiting since December to get a refund released from this location . Wendys doordash can do no more to help me as they sent back the money from their end way back in December. I called the phone number the support rep gave me, and nobody answers. I've been attempting to try to locate the franchise owners email with no luck.

I finally received my $45 dollar refund after having to contest it with my bank from 4 months of fighting this wendy location for my refund now I'm still waiting on the $14 dollar refund from a second issue from their systems being down AGAIN!!.
Don't bother calling this location they refuse to ever answer the phone.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, 4 saucy nugs, chili & cheese. I waited 20+ minutes in the drive thru. I only got 3 nuggets, no sandwich and no cheese for the chili. The chili was cold and I got no spoon. Only a fork. I only got 3 nuggets in my container. When i tried to say something, the lady shut the window in my face and I tried calling the store 9 times and I got no response… it went straight to voicemail. I am extremely disappointed. I even tried asking for a receipt, they told me no. I contacted the Wendy’s support because I am not wasting my time going back there for the window to be shut in my face again. Oh yeah, and I paid $20 for 3 cold nuggets and chili. Awesome work!!

Edit: I am updating my review to include even more problems. This location is also notorious for forgetting items or forgetting sauces. If someone orders nuggets, it's common sense to include sauce. The manager needs to step up their game.

No sign on doors stating dining room is closed. Just wanted to pick up doordash order but still had to go in drive thru. Sit in drive thru line only to be told they don't have my customers order in their system. Wasted time.

Manager of the restaurant refused to serve me for some reason. She explained the dining room was closed. Clearly I can see that. I wanted food to go. She kept stating the dining room was closed and adopted a condescending attitude. Thanked her for not getting lunch and left. Won't be returning to this location.
The inside is being renovated. The window service was average. The fries were cold, but the burger was good.

Had a Doordash order, the store didn’t give me the right items and when i called to see if they could fix it the manager hung up in my face! I tried to call back and was met with her yelling about calling the phone.
I ordered a triple, ya can't even do that. It wasn't even busy, so low work ethic or attention to detail, either way L. Never go here again. Can not even follow simple instructions.

The worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. The carpet in the dining room was sticky my feet were sticking to it. The tables were sticky and disgusting. Trash all over the floor. Pretty sure there was mouse poop in the bathroom stall corners. The lady at the counter was extremely rude. They had a child back in the kitchen with no shoes and they also sat him down on the counter where you order your food from.
