Always gone here for almost a decade, usually pretty good, can't complain. The last few times I've gone though, I've had a few issues that made me decide it was time to stop coming back. A few examples are getting nuggets that were so soft they appeared undercooked, ordered several bacon cheeseburgers through mobile and was told they didn't have bacon, not offering any substitute to add to my purchase since I paid extra for several burgers to have bacon, so I just had to eat the cost and not get any refunding for it?
The workers are always decent, some have zero customer service skills at all and I feel they lack basic training in general dialogue you're supposed to be able to put out as an employee, no thank you, no have a good day, etc. But others are very sweet and show at least some decency. I could go on and on about the quality dropping for years now, and just kind of putting up with it as it's the closest location to me, but I think at this point I'd rather go to the Wendy's on broad Street or fairborn and take my chances there.

I have given this Wendy's location so many chances at this point I am just done!! Food is always cold and sometimes just downright inedible. Modifying anything here and it's never correct and then I am given an attitude when I want to check my food before I go because it's always wrong! Every single time I pull up to the speaker I am told to wait and there literally is not a single car in the lot. Now I know why. Save your money go somewhere else.

Well, went there for the new Takis Fuego meal, and my expectations were Not met. I was expecting it to be much spicier, but it wasn’t hardly spicy smh. Hardly even buffalo sauce flavor level. Definitely did Not live up to the hype from the commercials.
5 stars for the two ladies working on July 3rd at 11PM. They were clearly understaffed and overworked and were out of many things as the truck just arrived but blocked their access. They still managed to get some people's orders within a few minutes including mine. I had the last order of apple bites for $1.79 and it did not taste fresh at all, highly not recommended, just no. Tastes like tons of preservatives. Go buy a real apple, it will be better for you. The junior bacon cheeseburger was delicious and the ingredients were fresh and really pooped. This location is more expensive I assume due to its proximity to the Wright State University campus.
2 stars for the people stuck working the July 4th 8AM shift, could be related to holiday. One of the doors was locked. The inside had a big spill but the door near the spill is unlocked but the other side was not. Interesting. They pretended that my order was not received for 20 minutes. I had to go inside and they magically found my order that just showed up. I doubt this claim because it worked like a charm the night before and everywhere else. I suspect it's due to all the complaints about having people sit around idle for 15 minutes that they are now saying they don't receive the orders anymore as a defensive tactic. Whatever the reason food was fresh and good. Don't expect to come here and get your food quickly though.

Both of my meals were cold like nasty cold couldn’t eat it and wrong drinks and made both burgers wrong tried calling the store called the store 4 time and it just rang for 5 minutes each time don’t eat here if you don’t want cold food

my fries smelled like cigarettes, the lights were off inside, and there were only 2 employees. My dr pepper was watery, and my nuggets were cold. but somehow this wasnt the worst wendys ive ever been to lol

Went through drive thru, the person taking the order sounded like she was on something. Slow and slurred speech. I asked what kind of drinks they had since I wanted a sprite, she said they didn’t have any. I asked what drinks do you have. “Stuff they make here, lemonade and stuff, other stuff”. Asked if they had starry. Said no, just stuff they make there. My wrap was thrown together and when I finally ordered a root beer, I tasted like they put coke in it and then remembered it was supposed to be root beer. 🙄 I can see why the reviews are 3.3
