This place was recommended by alot of people online and it did not disappoint! All the food was super good and had good spice levels! Very authentic and quality stuff. Will definitely come back here again when I'm in dayton!

A great little place for delicious Korean. The Yukgaejang and Japchae were great. I also love the selection of side dishes. The Kelp noodles (white salad in pic) was out of this world! We'll definitely be back.

Stopped by for lunch on our way to Yellow Springs, it’s a hole in the wall place with minimum decor that has definitely seen better days.

The bathroom is located in the back of the building, so you’ll need to exit the restaurant and walk around the building to get to it. Remember to turn on the light before you shut the door because it’s pitch black with the door shut.

The service is great, seated right away and took our order and food came out fast.

We got the lunch special bimbimbop and spicy ramen with beef. Everything tasted great. The spicy ramen definitely takes like Shin ramen straight out of package 🤣 but I enjoyed it anyways.

The normal menu price looked a bit pricy but I assume they come in big portions, there were a few items I wanted to try but was not available for lunch that I’ll have to save for the next visit.

Best japchae I’ve had! Place could use some tidying, but for the price and quality it’s worth it.

Came here from out of town/state, looking for some good Korean food to try. It was quite possibly the best I've ever had. The Kimchi in particular impressed me, as I'm not usually a big fan. Here it was super flavorful and not too spicy. Loved it and if we are back in town, we are definitely coming back!

I've come to this place multiple times for lunch over different times visiting my uncle in Dayton and never been disappointed. It's not the best Korean food I've ever had, but it is definitely above average, with good portion sizes and prices, plenty of meat included, great delicious sides, and quick and friendly service. It reminds me of a Korean place near another base i used to go to in Maryland, in that there's zero attempt to go upscale or do anything more than serve consistent quality homestyle meals to a (large) number of hungry customers on base.

If I had a complaint, I think the bulgogi could stand to be cooked less, and I wish the spice levels went higher, but otherwise I'd be asking for things that this restaurant will not be and is not trying to be.

I've been going to Yung's since 2012. Always delicious and always fresh! This is the best Korean restaurant in the Dayton area! My last visit was with some work folks that were visiting from out of town, and they were all raving about the food they had ordered. My go to is the Bibimbap - always delicious and always leaves me feeling pleasantly full.

Food was horrible and expensive. I ordered a basic easy dish that is hard to mess up. But it was so bad. There were so many flies.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I only ordered one bibimbap ($18.99) and one tofu soup ($16.99), but I was charged a total of $48 before tip. I also left an $8 tip, bringing the total to $56 for just two items. I was traveling and in a hurry, so I didn’t have time to carefully check the bill at the moment. When I realized I had been overcharged, the restaurant had already closed. This kind of pricing is unacceptable and feels dishonest. I hope the management sees this and takes it seriously. Travelers and first-time customers, please double-check your bill before paying.

This place is a little run down, but we love the Ramen, and go at least three time a month.
