Order at your own risk. They never deliver. Call and make orders and they don’t do it. I’ve ordered cakes for 5 years and never paid for no deposit. I called back today confirm if the cake was ready and guess what it wasn’t done. This happened in June as well. With June they said they discarded the order paper. They said they can fix something for now and that cake they brought back to me was so bad. Do not buy or order from them

Cakes are beautifully decorated but the taste and texture of the cakes do NOT match. They failed to come to a fair conclusion on the matter of the cake. Very disappointed and will not shop ever again. If you want your cake the texture of a popeyes biscuit, this is the place for you! But, If you would like a nice, moist, delicious cake this is definitely not the place best for that!

I placed a cake order for 9/21 and received a beautifully decorated but dry cake. After reaching out to this establishment to solve this problem as a returning customer I was extremely disappointed in their lack of accountability and willingness to offer a better solution to the problem. I was refunded $35 after paying $160 and requesting half ($80) be refunded.
Additionally, the owners threw the remaining of the cake away which was about 50% without my consent after I requested that it be cut in front of me to avoid any further trouble. As a host of a party I was extremely disappointed to see cake lying around and hearing feed back of the cake being dry. I hope in the future other customers are handled with the same standards of quality that this business promises.

We ordered a cake for my daughters birthday and it was dry. The amount of cake filled plates around the party was absurd. Upon reaching out to see if they would work with us on some type of resolution for the cake they only offered us a $35 refund. I would not recommend a company that can't take care of simple dispute with a returning customer.
