Was not sure what to expect tonight. Have not been to Applebee's since 2014. The advertisements all night long prompted me to return and give it another shot. Glad I did! Food was great. Waiter named Dakota, provided excellent customer service with an intoxicating smile despite being quite busy. He offered suggestive selling, and knew the menu. We travel often and do not see that much. Thank you Dakota for a great experience. Your professionalism spoke volumes. We will indeed return.

3/7/25 Walked in at 1:30 pm for lunch. We were told there was a 10 minute wait. Went to use the restroom. It was filthy. Walked by 20 tables that were empty or had dirty dishes on them. It appears they were under staffed so they were making customers wait to be seated. The restaurant was dirty and poorly staffed. We left without being seated. There are plenty of restaurants which are not dirty and are properly staffed. We went to Chili's and had a very good meal.

We loved the burgers too much! Neither of us can ever finish a burger like that but we both did. It was a Saturday before dinner staff arrived and they were incredibly short staffed so there was time to watch the staff interact. Except one guy (who drew our attention by breaking a bottle of cologne on the floor...thank God the food smelled so good), we watched as they worked together and championed through until fresh faces arrived. We would come back again and again! Great people great food!

Was there last night the manager was my server she took my order because the place was short of help 20 min to seat and another 40 minutes for food place once it came out was cold wings was uncooked and hard for got a steak on a salad how in the world is cold and hard omg the staff was terrible no one check on us or even ask me if I wanted anything else I would like to talk to a GM
