Food was okay. This is the second time that my food has been shoved out the window and my request is barely heard. I asked for Arby's sauce, it gets mumbled at me that it's in the bag and when I get home it's not in the bag. I ordered zero sugar lemonade and got normal lemonade.

The previous visit I asked for extra sauce and it was like pulling teeth. It was like Arby's sauce was a big deal to ask for. Plus last time I ordered a large fry and when I got home the fries were cold and the container was barely full.

Overall the food is fine but the employees leave little to be desired in terms of customer service. Most of the staff acts like it's terrible to be working there, and I get it, customer service is not my favorite thing to work either, but there's a certain standard you have to have and the standard is lacking here.

Great product, great service. When you can get 2 meals for $14 why go elsewhere? Fries are delicious and a filled box (unlike other places) and regular drink is a good size. Plenty of meat on the sandwich.

The young Manager tried to force me to take Roast Beef sandwich that I did not order no one understood a super Arby’s roast beef sandwich the ingredients on the sandwich you want me to take with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise. Nothing like a super Arby’s roast beef sandwich she would not redo the order so I demanded my money back for the two wrong sandwiches. It would’ve been easier just to make the two sandwiches that I wanted instead of trying to force me to take the two sandwiches that I did not want the young lady look like she was 18 years old and never had a manager’s experience whatsoever. I will find a new Arby’s location if I want a super roast beef sandwich from now on.

The girl taking my order could care less about getting order correct she made it seem like I was a inconvenience and yes she messed up my order manager did try to correct it that's the only good thing I can say about the whole experience

Had a great experience the past couple of times I have gone to drive through at this Arby's. In the past they have been very slow in the workers were something to be desired. It feels like maybe there is new management and it is a lot more pleasant.

The cheese steak ain't all that $13 no way in hell drive-thru slow as hell had to ask for ketchup twice cuz they forgot to bring it out to me had to go back to the drive-thru again but what's a used to say anything cuz they won't do nothing about it anyway
