Had a great experience the past couple of times I have gone to drive through at this Arby's. In the past they have been very slow in the workers were something to be desired. It feels like maybe there is new management and it is a lot more pleasant.

The cheese steak ain't all that $13 no way in hell drive-thru slow as hell had to ask for ketchup twice cuz they forgot to bring it out to me had to go back to the drive-thru again but what's a used to say anything cuz they won't do nothing about it anyway

I was 4th in line at the drive thru, and waited about 15 minutes. They finally pull forward, but then the next car sits there for 5 minutes before even starting to order. Ended up going across the street to McDonald's.

I wasn't eating inside so atmosphere should be n/a. Drive thru & parking lot was clean, that's always a plus & drive-thru was busy but not a long line (just two vehicles ahead of mine). Food is usually delicious & it smelled good. I was picking up for my parent's household, that I don't live in, so they ate it, must have been tasty. 😉
Got a half pound roast beef meal. The beef had a mustard yellow edge that concerned me. I almost went back to ask if that looked like rotten or spoiled on the outside but I was too hungry to complain and had somewhere to be. It was as though the beef that they carved may have form a color changing rind on the outside while in a wrapper.

I have been to this location multiple times and the past two times this person taking my order has been completely rude to me. He is a middle aged male with long hair and has made multiple smart comments to me while I’m ordering. Somehow he has an employee of the month badge on his apron. Wouldn’t recommend going here unless you want someone to belittle you.

Haven't been here in years and it hasn't changed. Nooo way my 1/2lb was a 1/2lb sandwich. The slices were thick and it could barely be a double. Safe to say if I'm working in this area again, I'll drive an extra 10 mins and go to the one in Bridgewater Falls.
