Tired of the gentlemans attitude that works the window and or takes orders. So unpleasant to deal with and very unhappy with his job. Won't be returning until he is replaced. Terrible customer service the past three times from this same location. This was 7/19 a 8:04 pm. Drove to the Arby's on Niles Blvd on the other side of Fairfield were the staff actually acts professional.

Guy at the window acted like we was bothering him by making him open a window and hand us our food. Didn't say a word. Makes you wonder why he's in public service. Wonder how his interview went???

Food was sub-par at best. Staff was standoffish and uninterested. Took a considerable amount of time to get our food because they had to remake the mozzarella sticks due to an employee dropping one on the floor, picked it up, looked around to see if anyone saw, noticed that I SAW, then threw it away and started again... pathetic.

Ordered Turkey Bacon ranch. The worst sandwich I ever got. Bacon was raw, hardly any turkey. Also ordered Jalapeno poppers and they were old and cold. Like sitting for hours. Very disappointed, will never go back..

William was my server at counter for dine in meal. Most friendly and upbeat employee I've met anywhere recently! Promptly took order and food was ready before I got back from washing my hands. Hot and delicious food! Glad to see it, most food service is rough nowadays.

Every once in a while I figure I want to test my patience and go to Arby's. As expected, my order was wrong and I blame myself because I know this dump of a restaurant is always wrong and didn't check my order before I left. How does a beef and cheddar only get beef....Also just realized the sandwiches we did get were entirely different buns than normal. I'll give it another shot in 10 months or so. Don't know how orders get messed up when there are never anymore than 3 customers on site.

Manager Matt was the best I have ever met our was incorrect last night he offered a credit. Today we went to get dinner. Then my car wouldn't our guardian angel Matt gave us a jump and my car started. Thank you Matt for helping with our car . What a great manager he is.

Past 2 visits had barely any meat on both sandwiches. Will not return to this Arby's. If I want to eat bread for lunch I can buy a loaf cheaper at Kroger's.
