The service was phenomenal. Our waitress did a wonderful job with refills and making recommendations. The boneless wings were a bit lackluster, but overall a great experience.

The food at Byrd’s is always great and the outdoor patio is very nice. Service is very good but if you aren’t satisfied they make it right. Highly recommended.

Nice brunch for SIL BD. Seated party of 11 quickly. Food took less than 30 minutes, tasted great. I didn't order them, but was told the wings and burgers are fabulous.

Cool place to watch the games. Plenty of good food and drinks. Always a good time.

Def will not be going there again, the bartender has a terrible attitude. Made a huge scene over something he had no proof of. Will def be calling the owner or higher up to speak with the situation that happened.

Disappointed & Embarrassed After a Special Day

We came to Berd’s Bar and Grille after my son’s graduation mass and reception, hoping to end a memorable day with a good meal. Unfortunately, the experience left us completely disappointed and embarrassed.

There were several families with kids in the restaurant, many of whom were hanging out near the bathrooms where there are games. Right before our food arrived, a man came storming over to our table, slammed down our check, and demanded that we pay and leave. We were completely baffled. Without warning or explanation, he turned to my son’s friend and accused him of deliberately destroying the men’s bathroom. When the boy denied it, the man claimed “20 people” had said otherwise and added that he would check the cameras.

At that moment, the entire restaurant was staring at us. We were shocked, wrongfully accused, and humiliated. What was meant to be a celebratory dinner turned into a moment of confusion, embarrassment, and disappointment.

Our server, who was very kind, came over shortly after. I asked if the man was a manager or the owner: surprisingly, he was just the bartender. The lack of professionalism was astounding.

We ended up taking our food to go and leaving, unsure if we’ll return. Thanks to the bartender’s actions, what should have been a joyful evening for my son and his friend turned into an upsetting memory. We hope Berd’s takes this as an opportunity to reflect on how guests are treated, especially during family celebrations.
