Why bother being 24 hours if nobody is going to be there to give us the damn food? Nobody is even in the restaurant yet everything inside is still on.

I went there at 1:30 in the morning after getting off work because they are 24 hours I sat at the drive thru speaker for 30 minutes straight no one answered I went up to the window and sat for another 10 minutes and there were 3 cars behind me and still nobody I do not recommend this Burger King to anyone

Horrible service. After 15 minutes in the drive through (5 at the window waiting to pay) I ended up leaving and going elsewhere. Only two cars in front of me and 1 was still waiting on their food. Do not recommend.

Just left and was told you are closed. If you’re going to be closed don’t tell people you are 24/7. Go back to the old hours. Second time at this location. Will not go back. Just thought someone should know their employees are losing them business
UPDATE 10/10/25 ordered online two Jack-o’-lantern Whoppers and despite them being cold when I picked them up, I hat to wait over 5 minutes at the pick up window. They of course messed up my burgers leaving the 🥓 out on both… still the worst BK in the area!
Dining room sticky and dirty. Had to go to counter 3x for 3 meals and it was still not right. Sounds like a sinking ship in there and seems to lack leadership and organization.

Terrible experience. I ordered a whopper jr with no tomato and 4 piece nugget. The burger came with ketchup and tomato. Literally nothing else. Fries were brown and nasty and the nuggets weren't nuggets at all. My 2 yr old son bit into one a hot cheese came out. So thanks for that. People working there also look like they dont practice proper hygiene.

DoorDash, no straws for the kids ICs no sauces for onion rings. Nothing no ketchup every time we order from there place definitely has Very poor management if you’re smart, you will not DoorDash from this place

I filed a complaint via the app to report moldy bread on my whoppers and excessive amounts of mayonnaise. In retaliation I was advised my account was banned as they have issues with the photos I shared. I no longer can order using the app and I lost my rewards points I accumulated. I don't really care cause I can create another account with a different email and phone number. What annoys is me is I have never reported an issue before and the first time I report an issue this is how burger king's customer service handles it. Anyways I filed a report with the bbb. I'm out $20, clearly burger king needed that $20 more than me.

The past few weeks the soda didn't have much syrup. Even after speaking with the staff I was told they had fixed the issue.. Unfortunately it wasn't fixed..

I ordered three sandwiches, they gave me two. I turn around to get the missing one, and it’s still the wrong sandwich. This location is usually decent but I don’t know how you mess up twice during the slowest hours of the day. Never coming back.
