When ordering curbside, expect to have to go inside and beg for your food, multiple times, for about an hour so you can take it home stone cold after the game has ended. They think it is a joke that people have to wait out there and would expect curbside delivery. The runner said she does not go out there if it is cold or dark, and apparently they don't look for cars out there either. It was only 8 PM, my order said it was done at 7:50, and I was going in and out of the restaurant asking for my delivery until 9:20 when I finally got it. It had been sitting on a shelf all that time. Those prompts the Applebee's ordering system tells you to follow, such as "click when on the way", or "click when you've arrived, your food will be out", there is no point. Either the servers ignore them or they just don't receive them. People had a ot of time to stand around inside and gab, plenty of time to hang out behind the restaurant, no time to run curbside orders or to deal with customers. I would rank the location and its people as the absolute worst I have ever experienced.

I have not been to this Applebees location for a while. I went last night with my daughter. There were hardly any cars in the parking lot and I thought they might be closing soon, but my daughter looked them up on the internet and they closed at 11:00 pm so we went in. We got seated soon - there were only three other tables of customers there. The waitress showed up to our table quick. That was all good. Then we waited and waited and waited. My daughters food came out first. Then I waited and waited - approximately 20 more minutes. My order came out wrong and I told the hostess, who delivered the food that my order was wrong. She said oh okay and walked away. I want sure if she was going to try and fix it or just ignore me. After I ate the remaining portion they brought out the mash potatoes I ordered and they were lukewarm to cold. I told the waitress if she would mind heating them up a little. She said she would get me new potatoes. The hostess brought out my mash potatoes and they were the same potatoes I had been eating (which is okay) but they were so scalding hot that they burnt my tongue. We got the check and then had to wait 40 minutes or longer for the waitress to come back and pick it up. She was out in the lobby of the restaurant talking with the hostess. It was a bad experience overall and I will not be back.

My friend and I go there at least once a week usually right after 11:00 a.m. for lunch. They have fired or most people have quit and we're used to seeing there. Today on the 27th of July we arrived at Applebee's and there was nobody in the parking lot, it was after 11:00 and they were open. We walked in to go sit in the bar table that we always sit at, and this rude heavy set female bartender told us that we can't sit there we need to be set down by the receptionist, which we know her and she knows where we sit. This rude bartender told us well that's the way it is, if you don't like it. Now this restaurant's food is not that great anyway, but we always meet there every week and always sit at the same table. Also note that there was not one person in that restaurant besides us. This big mouth rude employee bartender, should never be working around people and should never talk to a customer the way she talked us today. She should be fired she should be working in the forest somewhere where she can be nasty to the animals. If she hates her job and the people that come in that restaurant she doesn't belong there. What a shame and we will find another restaurant and never step foot in that restaurant again. I used to bring a lot of people that came to visit my business there, and giving them a lot of business and this is the way they treat me and my friend. Shame on you Applebee's for all the people that have left us that were an asset to that location of Fairfield and now we're stuck with people like this hateful nasty person that obviously doesn't care about customers.

On a late Sunday afternoon there was no one sitting. I was told it was a 35 min. wait unless I sat at the bar. I choose the bar and even getting a first beer was a long wait. My view was of a lot of tables with dirty dishes on them. 1 beer and I went to the mens room. There was not soap and one of the unite was broken along with an overfilled trash can and a very dirty floor. I am sorry but the service the condition I will not return.
