Hands down the best Italian restaurant in the area! The food is incredibly fresh, flavorful, and authentically Italian. The wine selection was outstanding, and the locally sourced bread was absolutely phenomenal—warm, fresh, and unforgettable. On top of that, the service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and professional. A must-visit!

Bravo Carusos! We gave this restaurant a second shot after visiting once right after opening and just rating it as “ok”. Wow - everything was phenomenal. From our server who spoke like he was straight from Italy (now that’s authentic!) to the food to the drinks. I had lasagna and my husband had the shrimp scampi. Brussels sprouts started us off and the old fashion bar drinks were perfect. A+++ Would recommend and we’ll be back!

A hidden gem. You might just drive past it on Rt. 4 in Fairfield, Ohio. Great Italian restaurant with lots of ambiance, great service and food. Good for any occassion. Great for a special night out..a date..a gathering. Family friendly. A bit $$$ but worth it. Reservations recommend for weekend seating. Personally I recommend the bar area.

Wonderful experience, we will definitely be back! We got the pepperoni and honey pizza as an appetizer for the table, separate entrees and split the ricotta donuts (GET THEM!) and tried 2 types of gelato. Everything was perfect and wonderful and I'm excited for the leftovers be brought home to have it again! We did go at peak dinner time on a Friday and the noise level did go down as we ate. The ambience is great and our sever was fantastic, attentive and fun! I'm already thinking about what we can try next time.

The food was amazing. Our family enjoyed the Lasagna, Gnocchi and Chicken Parmesan. Despite the generous portions we only managed to have small amount to take home. It was a little loud since we were seated near the bar area. Would love to come back when the weather is cooler so we can enjoy the nice patio area.
