I usually love this place but tonight there was so much salt on the fries that I couldn't eat them after two fries. I had so much salt on my lips that they were burning. Terrible.
The food is decent. It’s not as good as it once was. I interacted with the owner, and they weren’t very pleasant to deal with. They might as well open on Sundays since this place doesn’t really feel like a Christian establishment. The staff doesn’t seem to be treated very well.
If you are in Northern Kentucky you must visit this location. They are all things Chick fil A! They also have a dedicated lane for mobile app orders. The staff is always friendly and ready to provide a smile. Food is fresh and it is rare that my order has any issues.
Parking: This parking lot is small towards the front of the store. It can be hard to find a spot close to the front door.
