I was in the area I had a dentist appointment, then I had an appointment at dealership, so then I noticed no more Drive through orders. You can see me sitting in the car, you know, if you can't just call up on the phone and say, Hey, I I'm in the parking lot. I'd like to place an order lady, said, come in, wow, she don't know what situation I was involved in what's going on. With me I have a physical disability, and I didn't feel like trying to get into the restaurant.I thought I would just eat in a car.Then , you know , the attitude , I said to myself , I never need to come here and I wouldn't recommend a place

The brisket was dry. The collard greens were good but the Mac and cheese was bland. Atmosphere is good. Update - 12/26/2025, It's been almost a year later. Some friends wanted to have lunch here. The food hasn't changed, still not good. The only change is that it has gotten more expensive. Brisket, 2 sides and a drink was $19.86. Not falling for it again. Should have known it wouldn't get better. So disappointing!

Amazing Barbeque portions were worth it and amazing flavors.
Kiera was very friendly, and knowledgeable. As she began ringing up my order, I explained to her that I had only visited a City Barbecue 1 time a few back and was nit a pleasant experience, luckily it wasn't this location and since I was working in the area, I decided to give the restaurant/brand another try. Kiera gave me the experience to change my mind about this restaurant. After explaining to her that my Grandmother used to make the best corn pudding she offered up a sample and then offered two more samples of side items. I truly appreciated her customer service.
