Multiple orders curbside, In store pick up and now with the drive thru and mistakes have happened in all of them. Missing food is not good service. We will no longer be ordering from city bbq. This was the very last straw.

went in not sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised by the staff being really helpful and nice. but then ... the ribs and everything was awesome we got the judges sampler and they were not skimpy with the meats. went back 2 days later to get it again.great place to eat or pickup

Me my wife came in. We work for Guy Fieri. Diners,Drve- Ins. He's staying in the SUV. You ran out of the ribs. You was not happy We heard about it. So we tried to sandwich. The sandwich was dry. He sped it out. He like the iced tea. Your front desk was kind of rude. We went to back get it on iced tea. Your front desk in them out. Why you still have customers inside? We came from from Indiana. We heard about your ribs. So sorry to tell you about what's going on. We will try it next time. So we went to rip City next. Plus you want your peach cobbler have no flavor. Had no ice cream. Less whipped cream. Plus your mac and cheese had no cheese. No extra cheese. Nothing was dry sorry.
