This is my favorite Domino's in Fairfield. Orders are made
promptly and they're always delicious! The staff are always so nice too.
Ordered online. The pizza (5 topping pan pizza for $9.99) was ready when I pulled up to the drive thru. The pizza was cooked properly and delicious.

Extremely disappointed with the service and quality at this Domino’s location. I placed a simple order with clear instructions, and what I received was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. The ingredients were just dumped on without care (my pizza was half chicken half vegetarian and the quantity was not served as per the recipe) —it was nothing like what I expected from a trusted brand like Domino’s.
This store seriously needs to take action and improve both its quality and attention to customer requests. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Pizza delivery errors. Directions not followed. Pizza was a jumbled mess inside the box like it was shaken up.
Dominos app would not let me report any issue. Only an error would appear.
I'm giving three stars because I haven't had an issue until these last two times I ordered from them. I always order pick up. Use the online website.
These last two times, they must be really short on people (oddly have like 8 drivers on a shift) because I'm only ordering for myself like a cheese bread and or/a salad. 1 med pizza and a salad. Really small orders. Says 8 to 18 minutes one time and 13-20 mins and I waited almost 30 mins these last two times.
But that wasn't the worst of it. I ordered stuffed bacon and jalapeno cheese bread and they put a couple pieces of spinach instead of any bacon or jalapenos
I get that orders are piling in and people can get backed up but they were really good about it until these last two times

I love the pizza from this place; it's delicious! 😋 🤤 I went to pick up some pizzas for a get-together at my house. They served me very kindly. The place is very clean. They have great cooks and great seasoning.

We paid $21 for 2 hoagies that had hardly any sauce, cheese, or toppings. The hoagies look like they've shrunk or the ones in Colerain are just more substantial. The meat tasted almost freezer burnt and it wasn't hot at all. Best part was the toasted garlicky bun. This was our first and last time ordering from them.

I live right down the street. I've ordered here maybe three times in the decade I've lived here. Because the food sucks. Come ask me what's wrong with the food. I'll tell you. Nothing against the people who work here. I worked in chain restaurants when I was young. They hire kids off the street who have no cooking experience, pay them in peanuts, and train them on assembly line pizza. I can never see myself slicing up a fatty, tendony, tough, shitty piece of chicken and serving it on a sandwich. But, these kids don't know any better. First job. No pay. No incentive. This food sucks. It's convenient. That's it. Why is it that these corporate chains cannot understand that a chicken sandwich isn't supposed to be 90% gristle and fat? Bring back mom and pop stores where they put the good chicken on the sandwich, make soup stock out of the bad parts and then feed the rest to the dogs. This place doesn't make a sandwich fit for a pig. Unless it's the steak sandwich. Which I guarantee is a frozen patty from GFS and other stuff that is hard to mess up. Get your steak sandwich from Richard's. Let these corporate chains go out of business. Hell, I'll pay a kid better to clear my driveway. I'll show you how to make a pizza and a decent sandwich. Seriously. Domino's sucks. Chain pizza sucks.
