My visits are always pleasant, the staff is always friendly and when mistakes happen they are quick to fix them. The good does outweigh the bad. They know me by name and are always willing to accommodate. I have been having sensory issues and can not use a straw, when they make my coffee they always give me a sip lid and I find that awesome that they go out of their way to do so. Everyone there is truly very sweet. :) I go a little out of my way just for this Dunkin.

Attempted to order my usual drink from other dunkin locations, however, this location could not or would not make any changes from what is listed on their menu. Wasn't trying anything difficult (iced matcha latte with brown sugar). The person was not very friendly and seemed very put out by my request, was rude.

Came up from FL to visit with family! Wanted to give a shout out to this crew; you can tell they are working very hard to provide for their customers! Kudos to you guys; keep grinding!! Also; my iced coffee was great!
