So many selections that it's overwhelming sometimes. They have great customer service and good ice cream. The only thing stopping me from going more often is the long lines. It can be very congested with the way that it is set up inside, but is a great location for the downtown Fairfield area, especially during events.

Very disappointed in the customer service at the fairfield location. My 3 year old only wanted a side of mnms; I was more than happy to pay for an ice cream and the mnms on the side in a cup. They would not give me a small side of mnms. My entire family ordered ice cream and my 3 year old will not eat the ice cream only wanted a small side of mnms. They are able to give sprinkles in a small side cup, but not mnms. Needless to say my 3 year old did not understand and I am disappointed why a small gesture couldn’t be granted. We will not be returning.

Parking: Parking lot can be packed due to other places in the strip.
Busy. Cyclones need to be blended more. No restroom. No indoor seating.

My sisters and I came tonight to get us a sweet treat and the lady was SO RUDE!! Didn’t even say a word to us when she was taking our order or when handing us our ice cream!!!! But the ice cream tastes ok but the slushes are nasty and watery!!!

I had my first Flubs experience last Saturday 6/24. The waitstaff is very friendly and helpful. I wound up getting the buckeye parfait, which was amazing. They didn't skimp on the buckeyes. This parfait was *loaded* with small buckeyes, from top to bottom and delicious, which isn't common. The wife had the almond joy (I think) parfait, and she was very happy with it. We decided to get our ice cream and sit in the park. I'm definitely going to be a return customer, and may go back as early as this weekend.
