Stopped down there at 8:40 To get a soft serve ice cream and the spoons they gave us, cut my fiance's upper lip in 3 spots!!! They may as well give out steak knives to eat their ice cream with!!!! I will definitely, not go back here and I'm going to complain to the owner!

I had my first Flubs experience last Saturday 6/24. The waitstaff is very friendly and helpful. I wound up getting the buckeye parfait, which was amazing. They didn't skimp on the buckeyes. This parfait was *loaded* with small buckeyes, from top to bottom and delicious, which isn't common. The wife had the almond joy (I think) parfait, and she was very happy with it. We decided to get our ice cream and sit in the park. I'm definitely going to be a return customer, and may go back as early as this weekend.

Usually a great place to grab ice cream with the kids but today the window was closed and my cyclone was missing ingredients. Still a good ice cream. That's the worst experience I've had there and it wasn't really a bad experience. Any other time I would have given five stars.

So my family and I have been going to Flub's for years! It is our favorite "treat" place! The service is always A1 and my son loves the "eyeball" candy they put on his ice cream. My favorite is the chocolate dip on vanilla ice cream.However- tonight was our first time ever having a "slightly" bad experience.The young man at the cash register didn't even speak. He nodded his head to direct us over and seemed bothered the entire time. He had a terrible attitude but luckily a young lady picked up on his mood and stepped in to help us. She was VERY nice!That young man needs a lesson in courtesy and manners or find another job lol.Regardless we will be back! ?

Who doesn't love ice cream on a hot summer evening? I've been to this particular location as well as the more busier location in Hamilton! Great place to go with friends/family. Prices are very fair. So many delicious options to select from their menu. You can never go wrong with a Cyclone. I always get a small but its still a good size. It's pretty much like a blizzard from Dairy Queen. I love the Ted's S'mores-- Vanilla Creamy Whip cycloned with Marshmallow Topping, Graham Cracker Pieces, and Chocolate Dip-Top. Then, it's layered with more of the same and topped off with Whip Cream. You won't be disappointed--check it out before they close for the summer!
