With Frisch’s being in the news a lot lately due to many locations closing I wanted to show my support and swung by for lunch yesterday. But if what I was served is any indication than perhaps it is time to say farewell to Frisch’s. Pulled around to wait in the drive-thru queue and employee (presumably the cook as line didn’t move until few min. after he went inside) was chainsmoking by back door mere inches away from the cars which looks and smells gross when you’re there for food. I ordered a Super Big Boy with no cheese. Took a while but I’m accustomed to a short wait when I order no cheese at places known for cheeseburgers as they’re likely putting down fresh patties. Took my lunch to nearby park and was revolted at what I saw. My burger was 80% pink. Like fully uncooked. The bottom pattie especially was virtually still raw and cool to the touch. I tried to bite around the uncooked meat but ended up just tossing the sandwich into the woods in disgust. I wish I’d thought in the moment to take a picture to share with this review as it was the grossest thing I’ve ever been served at a restaurant.

Great except it took quite awhile. Food was wonderful though.
Food is good. The salad bar most of the time is empty or food has been sitting in there for a while. Service is fine. The only thing is they like to give the drink in Togo cups and I hate that. I feel rushed.

Chicken tenders are very small. $1 extra for an extra tiny cup of ranch. Even ths big chicken blt salad only came with 1 small cup of ranch. Don't expect more than a small handfull of fries. I expected more for the $12 chicken tender meal than just 3 tiny chicken tenders and a tiny bit of fries. I remembered why I don't get food from frisches. I'll still to the desserts.

I frequent this frischs about once a week on my lunch break (7:00 pm) and when I go through drive-thru Alyssa usually waits on me and she is always pleasant the order is always accurate and she always greets me with a smile and makes sure any special requests are not overlooked ( no ice, extra pickles , tarter sauces packets… etc) it’s nice to see a kind person in customer service who seems to care! Thank you Alyssa

I came through drive through and got a hig boy combo with a cherry coke, when I came to the speaker I was greeted very kindly. And at the window they double checked my order was correct. I really appreciate Erik making sure my order was correct and making sure I got my extra tarter Sauce I couldn't of asked for better service!
