The 2 inexperience high school age order takers couldn't get the order right after my repeating 3 times and almost screwed my order up.this the 2nd time. They stood there and laughed in my face. They argued the order with me. The car in front of me , their order had been screwed and they were in the line for the second time to get it correct. They don't listen at all and then blame the customer. They disrespectectedme big time. I'm 72 yrs old very capable minded, I don't need this. They tried to make me out crazy. I will go out of my way to go to another store. But you need to talk to their .mgr and the need to be told not ti treat your customers this way.

They tried to deny a legal service talk. I do not recommend eating here. The staffing is terrible. I would give them zero stars on everything, but the owner himself was the one giving the problem with the service Dog and the manager. The other staff was nice. just not the owner and the manager.

Our waitress seemed like she hated her job. Every table was dirty . We picked the least dirty one. When our waitress came, I asked her to wipe down the table please . She didn’t acknowledge me but wiped it down. I said thanks again. She said nothing. This is likely because she was wearing an air pod in her ear and couldn’t be bothered to answer. She wasn’t friendly. Looking around the booths had crumbs even after she wiped off the tables and there were random teenagers walking in the kitchen for a first aid kit. Another table of two women said “excuse me miss” to the same waitress and she didn’t hear them , because again, she’s wearing a headphone. This didn’t even feel like I was in a real restaurant eating at all. I haven’t had a good experience at this location. The manager or owner really needs to step in and lead because there clearly isn’t any leadership here. It’s giving teen daycare.

I like gold star better than skyline because when I say light chili I actually get light chili and my bun is not soggy and falling apart like when I eat at skyline
