Visited Graeter's Jungle Jim's location on Dixie Highway, Fairfield, OH, back in October 2022. It's a very convenient outlet, since you don't have to drive around finding a branch anywhere else. There are plenty of branches of Greater's all around in Cincinnati, namely from Downtown, Montgomery, Colerain and even one at CVG or at the International Airport.
During my visit, I ordered two pints of the Mango flavor. It was something which I had even tried earlier. It's quite good, which leaves you with a real Mango flavor instead of seeming like being articificially colored and flavored.
It was pretty good customer service with the Sales Associate being very courteous and quick. The store was pretty spacious.
Graeter's also has cake selections, signature chocolates, signature coffee powders, besides lattes, etc. Greater's is renowned for its iconic brand, something indigenous to Ohio. It's gotten a bit more expensive, these days!
The staff are always friendly, be sure to double check your order though if you order a specialty item or specific flavor. I always order a Dutch milk chocolate shake, and twice now I’ve had them make it with just vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup. The first time I didn’t notice until I was too far away to get it fixed, second time I pulled back around and had to politely inform the person at the window stating I could tell they didn’t use the actual Dutch milk chocolate ice cream to make the shake. They tried to say it was the same thing as a chocolate shake. For $7.25 per small shake I want what I actually ordered or a refund. I apologized for seeming unreasonable, stated I could tell they didn’t use the Dutch milk chocolate ice cream due to it tasting very different, and they did eventually admit to making the shake with just vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup, and remade it with the correct ice cream. Long winded review all to say just make sure you get the correct item. Staff is still friendly though!
Located inside Jungle Jim's. We always look forward to dessert at a Greater's when in Ohio.
We never miss an opportunity to have Graeter's Ice Cream when we visit the Cincinnati area. This one we visited a week ago is located inside the Jungle Jim's in Fairfield, OH. The lady serving up our cones was very pleasant, sweet, and engaged us in conversation about where we were from, the Graeter's app, etc..
As always, the ice cream was delicious, and we've never had a bad experience at any Graeter's we've ever visited. We'll definitely be back!
This place is bunch of racist people and discrimination. We went there with my family and they told us they only attend people with car. Not people who be walking and have no car. This place have to change their employees
We are not locals, but we’re visiting family and we always stop multiple times during our visits to whichever location is close to us at the moment. This location was no exception. The staff was friendly, professional, and fun. The ice cream was delicious.

Whether you’re in the mood for something bold or sticking with a classic, the options are endless. Be prepared for a bit of a wait during busier times, but trust me, the friendly faces and delectable treats make it well worth it. Some of the best ice cream I've ever had! The salted caramel with chocolate pieces is especially delicious!

Best ice cream in the state of Ohio, and I’d put it up against any in the country. French pot, small batch made for over 150 years. My personal favorite is the Dutch chocolate

Graeter's Ice Cream is one of those iconic spots you have to check out while visiting the Cincinnati area. I heard their black chocolate chip is what they're known for so of course, I and to try that out. It definitely did not disappoint and was a nice unique flavor that I can see, has their customers coming back for more. I also had a scoop of the Brown Butter Bourbon Pecan and man, that was so delicious!!!! Graeter's has an Ohio legacy as best I'm the land and their product certainly backs that up. Their product is high in quality, crafted with care.

We got Oregon strawberry and a vanilla shake as always it did not dissapoint! This location is inside Jungle Jim’s on Rt4
Been coming here since they opened but not sure we'll be back. Drive thru and door dash seems to take priority over in store customers.3 employees working, 2 at counter and 1 drive thru. Then all of a sudden one disappeared to go do other things. No acknowledgement of we'll be with you, nothing. 10 minutes to get ice cream while drive thru and door dash takes priority we had enough and left.Unfortunately I have a gift card to spend otherwise I wouldn't come back.
