I used to love this place,in Ross,Oh.but three different times I got carry out orders the rice was not done! The first time they made sure our meals were replaced, the second time they looked at me like I was not being truthful until I insisted they taste the rice they were serving, the third time I didn't even call or go back. I'm done. The one in Fairfield is good never had a problem.

If you order any of the burritos you basically paying 12.50 for 25cents worth of rice and a 10 cent wrapBecause they do not but enough meat on anything you order.I mean come on 1 tablespoon of chicken for this wrap is ridiculous and the when you ask for extra it's 2.50 for 1 more tablespoonThis food is not worth the money for what you get

My favorite thing about this place is the sauces. The portions are TERRIBLE and the music even worse but I enjoy the food overall.Parking: Limited parking but it hasn't been an issue yet mainly because it hasn't been busy

Food is awful. I don’t know if I had a bad experience or what, but you get literally one bite of chicken, 5 pounds of rice with frozen cheese and a ripped tortilla. Idk how this place even stays open. I would give it zero stars if I could.

the staff was friendly, but the old cranky manager was a real piece of work. She was very rude the entire time I was there. I ordered two burritos and my boyfriend opened his wrapper to take a bite and there was literally a spider on his food! Went back in to get a refund and the manager was still so rude to us. very disgusted and disappointed
I was ordering chips and salsa for a light lunch. Service was spectacularly friendly. Thank you.

Ok truth be told two days in a row and same young man waited on us...what are the chances? So good and fresh went 2 days in a row. Bowls with rice, chicken, fresh veggies grilled to perfection and sweet habanero sauce, the most delicious bowl by far!!!

This visit was extremely disappointing, their food presentation was non existent, ie, no brown rice, no shredded beef, no sour cream, no veggies, just to name a few. Server said she could make more brown rice (which consisted of taking plastic wrap off of container) ended up being inedible, thought I was gonna break my teeth extremely hard. 2 carry out bowls were ordered which totaled $29.88. These bowls were too disgusting to eat, thrown in garbage disposal. Was directed to your send a message option, which I did. I’m still waiting to be contacted. Decided to try this route. Previous visits to the Ross store were good. Lack of communication with your customers is very disappointing.
