I've been to all 3 local locations (Hamilton, Becket Ridge and Fairfield) Fairfield is by far the best location. It was clean, the food options were well stocked and the staff was pleasant. We had a build your own bowl and a taco. The food was very good and plentiful. I like Hot Heads much better than Chipotles. I will be back again.
I love the food here. Most of the staff is usually helpful, but the latest have been mediocre at best. One lady that has worked there for a while stands out. She wears glasses and her head looks like a big toe. She's very unfriendly and unhelpful. We purchased three burritos and meant to purchase four. Who gave Hot Head Burritos permission to taste soo good???!!! It never fails, every time and I mean every time I get a bowl or nachos from here, the ingredients are always fresh, the food is always nice and hot, as well as delicious. And the service is so nice, friendly, welcoming, and so much more. Credit to everyone working there, keep up the amazing work!!!
