I did not catch the man's name that made our order tonight. He was the only one there and had a long line of people. He handled himself so well! He was kind, smiling and efficient even under stress. This has been my local hothead for 7 years now. I would check it out a couple times a year to see if they were getting it together but there was always something wrong enough to wait 6 months to go back. I've been to all 3 local locations (Hamilton, Becket Ridge and Fairfield) Fairfield is by far the best location. It was clean, the food options were well stocked and the staff was pleasant. We had a build your own bowl and a taco. The food was very good and plentiful. I like Hot Heads much better than Chipotles. I will be back again.
