Came yesterday for lunch, the restuarant is nice & clean. Wait time wasn’t to bad being a Saturday and how packed Jungle Jim’s was!Staff were very friendly! The young lady making the sandwich was very polite, you don’t see that a lot these days with young teens !My sandwich was delicious & fresh !

Food was good as always when I ate there yesterday but there was a delay it getting it quick. It seems that food prep guy felt a need to ask me if I wanted bacon on my sandwich. Confused, I looked at the sign again and saw that my sandwich listed "bacon" as an ingredient.So then we are discussing bacon.....!I asked why he would ask if I wanted bacon when it said the sandwich had it on the sign?He said bacon is still an option. ??!!!WTC? If an advertised sandwich lists bacon as an ingredient I WANT BACON ON IT. No negotiation, No delays, JUST ADD THE BACON!

We come to this location a lot and the food is always amazing and fresh. We went in tonight and it was a little chaotic and had some not so happy customers waiting. I just wanted to leave a good review for the young girl who stayed super nice and polite the whole time even when one member of the team was being very rude and just not great to the staff or the customers. I didnt catch the nice girls name, but she was a young black girl, on the taller side, longer braids and black glasses with braces. What ever your name is you did an amazing job staying positive and polite and hopefully you'll see this bc you kept us from leaving without buying.

Walked in and was greeted right away. One person sliced the meat while another topped it and a third checked me out. Had my sandwich in no time and was made just right. Also conveniently located inside the best grocery store in the world.

Kinda loud in there, so when i asked for a veggie, with lite lettuce. i had to yell at the purple haired girl, bc she was abt to close my sandwich, after ONLY putting lettuce ontop of the cheese. umm there's a specific set of ingredients that go on each sandwich. i shouldn't have to say each individual ingredient, thats supposed to come on it. just what i want omitted. also the card reader is werid i tried inserting it 3x. eventually the cashier just took it from me an did it herself. good sandwich, but ill order it online next time.

We love the location on Cheviot Road so we got excited to learn of the opening of one closer to home here in Hamilton. At the Cheviot Rd location, I always ask for my mini to be put on a smaller part of the regular bun since those mini buns are as hard as a rock. Hamilton would not do that. I really wished their bread was nice and soft like Subway or PennStation. It seems they just leave it sitting out and it's all dried out, especially the mini buns. The meat is awesome, but it is a shame the bread makes the whole sandwich and their bread needs to improve a lot before we go back.
Ordered a turkey club for delivery, wanted no mayo, tomatos or lettuce just the turkey with cheese and they barley gave me meat! It was mostly just bread with a hint of turkey. In no way did this meal satisfy me and I am still starving from the meal. The people who made my sandwich should have been more thoughtful on my sandwich. A huge waste of money!

I went into this jerseys mikes and it's the worst service I've ever had. employees talked to each other over and over and ignored their customers because they thought they were being cute. it took me at 15 minutes to get my sub with no one in front of me. never go back

It's an alright location. Pretty loud and hard to hear the employees. I'm glad they take allergies seriously and offered to clean the slicer. I'd recommend prancing your order online for convenience. It's nice that it's so close to Jungle Jim's. You can exit into Jungle Jim's but cannot enter Jersey Mike's from the store.

Stopped in the other day to get a giant club sub for the wife and I to share. Service was great and fast.The sandwich was perfect. Perfect bread, tasty mayo and crispy bacon. Just wish there was more of it ?. And of course you have to have it Mike's Way with the oil, vinegar and organo. Yum!It was a little noisy from the hubub coming through from Jungle Jim's. Other than that it was a nice experience and I'll be back when it's time for Jersey Mike's.Parking: In Jungle Jim's parking lot next to Starbucks.
