Alex was the only person working when I walked in, he had just started making three other sandwiches when I ordered. I was still in and out within 10 minutes. My food was made with accuracy and it was honestly one of the most pleasant JJ’s experiences!!

I just left this place and I ordered two Italian night clubs for my husband and I.. Two sandwiches and a bag of chips for 24 $ and the first sandwich they didn't listen when making my sandwich I bite into this sandwich and I spit it right out..There was a horrible taste to it my husband said the same thing about his..This is why I don't eat out anymoore because of places like This..They charge crazy prices and the food isn't what it's supposed to be..It's always this location the guys are rude they don't even speak when you come in.. I'm still trying to get that nasty taste out my mouth..I used to work at restaurant clean your lettuce or get your meat that isn't bad never again beware....

Sunday lunchtime I couldn't get out called to order delivery, first time customer. Put on hold came back on told me "can't deliver, (they) have delivery area 1.5miles, my house is 1.7miles"

Group delivery order to nearby business. Delivery driver was nice! Placing order was easy on the app. Delivery was fast. THEN WE RECEIVED THE ORDER!!!! 6 sandwiches and none of them were labeled. 3 of the sandwiches were the italian night but each one was different. Those 3 sandwiches were labeled "9". The other 3 sandwiches had no label or markings. They were 3 different sandwiches. I called the restaurant to see if I have possibly missed some markings or some way to differentiate the 6 sandwiches. The female employee was unapologetic and told me to open each sandwich and figure it out.I said this is unacceptable she responded, " tell me what you want me to do about it." There were no napkins or extra mayo packets tgat that were requested in the app. Disappointed.

The food is great here, but every time I have to order over the phone for delivery its hit or miss. We are 1.9 miles from the store, they deliver to my house - have for YEARS - but every now and then I get an employee who tells me they don't deliver here (and they are never nice about it.) If they were kind about it I would just drive down because its 3 min from my house, but from time to time I feel a bit lazy lol. This company has to figure out something to help their employees, either they don't pay well or they do zero training.

Lunchtime on Monday.12 ish . I ordered the unwich, tuna. I added extra meat and cheese. A pickle, and a fountain drink.$15.51 not a bargain,a little on the high side IMO.Ate in restaurant.The location could use a good overall cleaning.Employees are friendly. My food was ...ok. Maybe my fault as it tasted ok, but not much favor.
Currently here now. No one inside the restaurant at all when we walked in. Guy got out of his car, came inside- didn’t bother to wash his hands- took our order, put gloves on- still didn’t wash his hands- made our sandwiches and immediately went back outside to his car. Unacceptable. So now we’re sitting in here, by ourselves, while some sort of timer/alarm goes off at top volume… and we had to go get the employee out of his car to come in and shut it off. I don’t even have words for how ridiculous this is.

Was in this plaza a few days ago and saw this couple fighting in the parking lot and didn’t think much of it decided to get some Jimmy Johns today and realized that same couple worked here so unprofessional and a bad look as well not to mention they reeked of weed and the dude was wearing sweat pants to work
