Great staff food was ok they pulled me for fries to the front door waited like 10+ mins fries were great hot tastes sandwich was barley warm must have been made before fries just wish both were fresh since I had to wait.

Fairfield Pleasant Ave location. There was hair in every single food item brought home. Absolutely disgusting. Hair nets and cleanliness are the bare minimum working in any kind of kitchen.
Clean place I ordered two family meals before 11am for my guys at work. After placing the order online the manager called to let me know it would take about 30 minutes. Very nice for them to call and let me know. They run a nice restaurant here

I just went through the drive through and specifically ordered a WHITE meat combo fried chicken- a 2 piece and a 3 piece. There wasn't a trace of white meat! We got all thighs and legs! 🤢

Absolutely insane that I had to wait 20 minutes for my food and I got the entirely wrong order. This is absolutely ridiculous and I won't be going back to this location ever again. After 10 minutes of sitting in the drive thru they asked what we even ordered and STILL gave us the wrong food. We have to wait ridiculous amounts of time every single time we go here
