Went there for Tuesday special. Ten dollar 8 piece special.Ordered on app. App said was ready but when we went in to pickup was told 17 minute wait. Waited the 17 minutes and was told another 12 minute wait. Asked for refund of app payment and left. What is the point of an app that tells people order is ready when it's not even close. Establishment seemed dingy boarding on dirty. Can no longer recommend.

I will never ever come back to this KFC. Was told the wait for 8 pce chicken meal would be 20 min. I waited in my truck for 25 before I went inside. Took a few min before anyone came to the counter and another 10 before I had my food in hand. Sweet little girl offered me a cake for my trouble. I politely declined!

If I could give it a zero I would but I want people aware that now you don't get a life person at the counter you're supposed to do the kiosk...NOPE I WILL START GOING TO TRENTON TO LEE'S CHICKEN IF THIS SERVICE AND FOOD QUALITY AND THE CORRECT ORDER DOES NOT IMPROVE. IT IS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE THAT WE HAVE A KFC IN FAIRFIELD THAT IS THIS POORLY RAN THIS POORLY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE ORDERS ARE ALWAYS SCREWED UP NO MATTER WHAT YOU PAY EXTRA.... Every time I come here something‘s wrong. I placed an order over $60, it was raining outside and my pick up order was complete and I ran inside to pick it up and the guy handed everything to me because it’s his responsibility to make sure they give me everything in my order. I shouldn’t have to check through to make sure they included everything in my order. They shorted me a whole chocolate chip cake and cherry pie bites. I am sick and don’t want to have to get back out to get these items. it’s just the whole principal of customer service and making sure your customers order is given to them, the complete order. I hadn’t been back to this store in a long time because the last time I was there it was horrible. But needed an easy dinner to feed my family that I could also heat up later and eat. Never again!

Missing items from my order.. corn I ordered extra was so burnt it looked like it had been from weeks earlier when I went back to the store 30 minutes later because that's how far I live explained to the manager what had happened not once did he apologize tried to replace the food why would I want more old food..I explained that I wanted my receipt back and he was so frustrated never once said I'm sorry for your inconvenience barely even acknowledge me I've already lowered my standards just because of the way times are but this was just plain ridiculous somebody needs to teach some quality control no way anyone working behind that counter would have ate that food

This is usually a good store but I was disappointed yesterday evening. I am hearing impaired but I can usually understand what is being said on a drive thru squawk box. But last night, as I was waiting in the drive through, an incredibly loud pickup truck pulled up behind me and I knew that I would not be able to hear the person taking my order. So I pulled around and went inside to the counter. There were people working in there, and they saw me and made eye contact, but that was the closest that they got to having an interaction with me. I stood there for nearly five minutes with an increasing feeling that they did not want me there. I finally bailed and went to Popeyes which normally takes a little longer and got my carry out supper. I can understand that they can get busy, but their only customers were in the drive thru and the two girls who walked by didn’t acknowledge me by saying “we will be with you in a minute” or anything like that. They just ignored the fact that I was there. I suppose that they won’t have to worry about serving me ever again. There is another KFC that is just a little further away but where the service is much better than what I got yesterday evening.

I am a drink fanatic - so when I heard about the cranberry syrup for their sodas, I rushed over. I got to work with Sara(h) who was surprisingly friendly for a short engagement like this - enough so that I'm writing a review of this KFC. I have only been to a KFC once and that was today - and her treatment of me made me think I should go back and try the food. Please make sure you treat employees like this as well as they've treated me. Also, the Sweet Lightning with Cranberry goes unreasonably hard.
