I ordered a cake for the first time Saturday for my daughter birthday and it was supposed to be a pennywise cake the lady told me that she had this image and I get there Monday at 9 to pick the cake up and she tells us it isn't ready until 10 okay that's fine I go back home and as I'm leaving to pick the cake up she calls at 9:55 and tells me that she doesn't have that image ..I tell her to just put balloons on the cake and my daughter's name..My husband picks it up and not only was the words wrong the writing was as well and the cake was horrible this is how I picked the cake up never again will I get cupcakes from Krogers bakery and to top that she had the worst attitude ever ???????????? Thank you so much for ruining my daughter's cupcakes for her birthday and yes this is how I picked these cupcakes up

2 worst experiences with Kroger Pick up ILL NEVER shop here again! Don't use their pickup service. the workers do NOT. actually check the orders to make sure all items are in your order and even though they aren't supposed to, they WILL CHARGE you for something, even though they don't have it in stock.

Not sure Kroger’s wants to hear if I would recommend this Kroger. No I will not recommend this a Kroger. I only go to this Kroger if I only need a few items. I should know better than to think I can go to the Kroger Fairfield and get what I want. Shelves are never stocked. They don’t have items that they get at the other Kroger stores I give my business. There were 3 of us standing at the meat counter for st least 15 mins. No one was working the counter. I called the
