We were seated and then basically ignored. It was probably 10 minutes before our waitress made her way over to us. She took our order, never introduced herself. She proceeded to go back to the counter to talk with people who were presumably her friends (customers). A different waitress brought us our food, minus a few items. Our actual waitress never came back after that, that is until we asked the second waitress for the rest of what we ordered. She may have said a total of 15 words to us. She talked to her friends like she wasn’t even at work.

I was there at lunch. I sat at the bar for ten minutes. Employees walked by me like I wasn’t there. Multiple employees looked at me and went about their business. I didn’t even get set up with silverware or asked if I want a drink. I just got up and walked out and still nothing. Ive been a customer since they were actually in Lindenwald. I don’t like leaving this review. If the business and recognize this. I’d be happy to take it down. This was the second time I’ve experienced this there

Everything 5 stars, staff amazing, environment amazing, food perfect every time. My sister and I have tried EVERY breakfast joint in an hour radius and nothing is remotely comparable, country fried steak is the best dare I say in all the Midwest.

Well, we didn't even get to sit down. There was a bit of a wait when we put our names on the list. We said we'd take 2 counter seats if they became available. A lady and a man before us got the first two available seats so we knew we were next. Unfortunately friends of the owners came in right before two seats became open and they allowed them to have our seats. When my mom said something they said, well you have to be quick, it's first come first serve. Well, we were there first, 30 minutes before them, waiting. So, we left and will not be back. Poor service before we even sat down.
As I stated, we were there first, 30 minutes before your friends, but you still allowed them to take out seats. No, we will not be back.

We were promptly seated, greeted by our waitstaff and then witnessed some very unprofessional interaction which included LOUD arguing among the staff. The special was nice, I enjoyed my hashbrowns & french onion soup and the chicken salad was nice…unfortunately, the pita was not grilled as advertised and the tuna salad inside included cheese which was NOT mentioned in the description! It was close to closing (2 p.m) and the staff was busy talking between themselves, mopping floors which was distracting and NOT a pleasant atmosphere for enjoying lunch!!

I can't believe this service. They sent my food out completely eaten, plate clean and all. Oh wait, that was me! I guess it just looked so good and was so well made, I finished it all before I even knew it! I meant to capture a before, but I guess all you get is the after.
