Not sure what happened, used to be my favorite restaurant in the last three visits have been bad experiences. Both of the pizzas I ordered were not cooked all the way, last two times had missing toppings or incorrect toppings. Will not be able to go back to this location. Noticed a new website so I suspect maybe new Company ownership maybe? 😢

I feel like this should be brought to everyone’s attention.. I walked in here to pick up my order, left home and to my ‘surprise’ there was a hair in my pizza… so worried about the heat by what the workers were wearing but not worried enough about the food to not be wearing hair nets or at least a hat.

I ordered pizzas to go. They said they would call me when they were done. They did not. I went to pick them up and they were still hot. Not my favorite pizza in Cincinnati, also not my least favorite. It was halfway between home and where I was taking them, so it was convenient.

The Pleasant Rd. location was good. I ordered half cheese and half pepperoni/ bacon with garlic butter crust. The butter garlic crust was banging! the cheese half was good, but the meat side was a tad bit salty. Overall, we made a good choice.

I used to like Marcos but my last couple experiences have been bad. A couple weeks ago I went to pick up a pizza at 9:45 and all the lights were off so I assumed they were closed (which your store should say open until your close time) Tonight I ordered a chicken pizza that didn’t taste fresh at all along with the pizza sauce. I noticed they have a lot of teens working this store which shouldn’t be a problem but where is the manager that’s making sure the store is operated well and professionally?

We ordered Marcos pizza today we were very impressed the Pizza was hot fresh and delicious the person who took our order was courteous the pizza was a great value we will definitely be ordering again in the future great job Marcos

I ordered a small Italiano with extra cheese and extra onions. When it was delivered it was burnt and had no cheese and no onions no banana peppers no tomatoes no Italian dressing. When I called and complained I was tiold to hang on to see if anyone would be willing to run out a corrected sandwich. They did but still didn't have tomatoes seasoning it wasn't burnt not black like the 1st but very sparce what I paid extra for. We were not impressed by our last order and this one just put the nail in the coffin. We will no longer be purchasing from them any longer

Carry out. Decent prices for Delicious Pizza. I like the size of Italian Sausage. Chunks of flavorful Meatball. Not little tiny chunks of Sausage like other Commercial Pizza Franchises. Order and Enjoy 🍕😋

The staff did a lousy job of making our hoagies. We didn't get what we ordered on the hoagies. No more hoagies from Marco's in Fairfield. Yikes! Don't deserve a star.

Third time in a row our pizza has taken over an hour. When speaking to the employees they don’t care at all, and never offer anything for the inconvenience they cause! Pretty pathetic customer service, too many pizza places to continue to use this franchise/location.
