Employees was flirting. When i arrive(9:50pm)not to mention i ordered my food and there was no other order toke them 15 mins to have it done. Which i got pizzaoil. Called them about 5 times nobody answered. Came back to the restaurant before 11pm. I came in young lady said we are closed. Which im not sure why when they have no sign saying they are closed.

If you get it on the weekdays it’s better, last time I got it on a Friday night and took 30 mins after they said it was actually on its way to get to me when I was only 5 mins away, it was super cold and they did forget my dipping sauces, pizza just didn’t have the same texture it usually does. Could just tell they were both in a rush yet somehow no hurry haha, meatballs bake was good tho. Always get the white cheesey. I’ll probably try their Tuesday special if I’m ever off on a Tuesday again.

Been awhile because of an issue that wasn’t resolved but I ordered again and it was excellent. Best pepperoni pizza I’ve had in some time.
Placed and order at 8:43pm called to check on it at 9:23 and was told the delivery guy had two stops to make before mine then called again at 10:22 then was left on hold until they closed never got my pizza don't know what's going on at this location they don't seem to care all that much about customer service.

Ordered pizza today from the Fairfield location for my children spent almost 50.00 and they never knocked on the door they put all the food in front of the door on the ground and left never called nor knocked I’ve been calling for the last half hour and they keep hanging up while being placed on hold I have yet to speak to anybody this is ridiculous…

After eating my pizza I got a large pepperoni that was delivered I got sick for 3 days vomiting and diarrhea never eating here again I honestly think something was done to my food literally got SICK within 2 hours of eating it and that was my only meal that day.

Driver was GREAT! Haven't been to Marco's on pleasant in months...thought we'd give them another try because we actually like the food. BUT would like it better if they at least got SOME of the order correct. Same thing as always...order extra sauce- no sauce. Asked for no mushrooms..it is covered its mushrooms. Paid for pepperoni, old world pep and Italian sausage...10 slices of pepperoni on an xl pizza. Well, back to Dominos.

This has become my favorite pizza spot in Cincy. There may be better places but the location, prices, and service can't be beat for me. The pizza is damn good, but I haven't found any sides I like yet.
