I ordered Oatmeal today. I have not had in several months. The same size cup as always but only half full. I asked manager and he said it was correct. The last time I had it , the cup was 3/4 full. That is pitiful to serve to their customers. So they either raise their prices or give you less or both.

numerous visits now have had the worst service and food. expectations low- i know its mcdonalds but this is just awful. we use to LOVE this mcdonalds. i told my kids after today- NEVER again. dont even ask! from taking the order, to getting half the order at the window, getting pushed to reserve, forgotten about, brought the wrong food, then asked to retake the order because they dont know what I got 🤣 holy crap I was done! this is multiple visits in a row now- no more! this really use to be the absolute best mcdonalds - whatever happened they need to fix it!

Time for McDonald's to buy new coffee machines. This location, Englewood, Tipp City, Sidney are TERRIBLE!! It used to be it was just old, or their pots weren't cleaned out correctly. Sometimes their coffee tastes like chemicals. They have done nothing to fix it in a very long time. No point in eating here if I cant receive a good coffee!

Okay peep… Money is tight choosing between gas and bills and food is impossible so I Hit McDeezy for a $5 McDouble meal 🤮 TRASH! But I kept my cool Called & “JoJo” answered and I explained the problem went back and JoJo made it RIGHT!! Yes I paid but $5! Is worth it if it’s Right! & Yes! It was Soooo 🤤 Good and made me remember what McDonalds ShouLD! Taste like! #ThxJoJo and everyone involved ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 🌟 🫡

Went there today they left out my pancakes behind with 3 boys that were hungry. I tried calling up there 4 times and no one answered the phone. This is the 3rd time something was missed. Smh
Went through the drive thru, in/out in 5 minutes. Order was correct, food fresh & hot.

Just simply don’t come here for breakfast I guess they quite literally threw what seems like 1/4 of a biscuit on top of my sandwich and not only that but my hash brown had a whole hair sticking out of it I would have taken a picture but I had already fed it to my dogs.
