I went through the drive through and ordered McDouble with pickles only. Pulled over to check it and it was full of onions embedded in the cheese. Went back through again, told them the problem and was handed a new sandwich. Again, full of onions. This time I parked and went inside. I explained the issue to the manager, who turned to her staff and requested another McDouble WITHOUT onions. I heard one of the girls utter a sarcastic,”Oh God”. I’m assuming her name was Stefanie because the manager told her to be quiet 🙄. So on this third try, I did get what I ordered and while the manager was gracious, her drive through staff leaves a lot to be desired. I have been coming to this McDonald’s my entire adult life . It’s so disappointing to see the decline in customer service. 😔

The worst one... I already don't like McDonald's but my daughter like the Happy Meals. The food is crappy anyways but the service is worst. Drive thru needs camera so they can see who's in order instead of letting 3 cars go before me.

Missing 2 of the 5 items. Cold fries. 10 ice cubes in a large coke. No response when I said thank you. And who can’t smile at a dog in the front seat?!? Lame. Only google review I’ve ever done.

I had to stop going to this location due to them giving you a mcchicken instead of a mccrispy patty when you order the $5 sandwich. I know it’s McDonald’s but that’s some lazy staff

McDonald's workers in the morning are so rude. Like I get it's busy but you don't have to be rude. If you hate your job, get a different one.

We eat here multiple times per week. Usually the drive-through and sometimes dine in. The dining area is updated and generally clean and very nice.

The weekday morning staff is always on point and a veteran crew.

Your order is more likely to be messed up/have flaws on weekends.

The only negatives are no outside garbage cans anywhere on the lot. Most locations have them for customer convenience but not here.
Also, when dining in and using the App, even when you select Table Service and put in table number, the staff hardly ever brings it to your table. They generally just yell out your number. That shows they are not trained properly or management sees it and doesn’t address it. (Chic Fil A always delivers to the table when using Table Service on the App).

First thing I pulled up to the window after ordering and one of the young girls was touching all over another kid. Then they tell me to pull to second window after waiting forever. Then I wait forever at the second window waited for almost 10 minutes. 3 cars had left behind me by the time I got my food. French fries were old and cold, and my burger was disgusting. This McDonald’s has really gone downhill.

As usual the food I received was not made correctly, the big Mac I ordered should have had no middle bun and shouldn't have had so much sauce and everything else on it that it was barely edible. My 82 yr old mother had to take all the garbage off of the sandwich in order to eat it. This store gets my orders wrong 90% of the time. There employees and Management obviously do not care about customer service. I tried to call them and they wouldn't even pick up the phone.

Usually great service and food at this location..But this time the biggest size of fries fell short .. Probably gave the amount for the next size or 2 down ! And No ..There were no more that fell in to the bottom of the bag .. paid more got less .

I go to the drive thru at 410 am and they tell me they are closed. You open at 4 am!!! I'm calling corporate. This is unacceptable!!!!! Poor customer service!!!!!!!
