We went through the drive thru this morning and ordered two big breakfast meals. I checked to make sure they were in the bag but didn't check to make sure everything was in it, so when we got home we were missing the pancakes not from one but both of them. Needless to say I had one very very upset boy, because the pancakes are what he wanted. This is not the first time they have left items out. I would without a doubt recommend this location any weekday morning. The morning staff is 100% spot on.
However, any other time you never know what you're gonna get. For example this evening we went to the drive thru, the ordering process was a train wreck, the line moved at a snail's pace, we received no receipt, the person at the second window was very unfriendly, I received a sweet tea, which I cannot drink, instead of the unsweet tea that I ordered, the fries tasted...read full review
