So I ordered 2 pies that was out of date by 10:01 and it is 13:46 and the manager told me that when the went in the oven. I’m sorry but I was an assistant manager at a McDonald and that the time when they are bad. So I will make sure yall check yall food before you eat it. There was another pies that is out of date. If I could give this McDonald negative 5 stars I would. Do better McDonald.

Absolute worst McDonald's in the area. We drive passed it to others. The really big manager woman is extremely rude and blames all the wrong orders on "teenage" kids. Not realizing she's failing to manage them properly. Literally 18 out of 20 times they got our order wrong. Even though we order and then ask again at the window, they can't seem to make an order correct. Not sure how it's so hard to read what I just told you literally 30 seconds ago. Horribly managed and very minimal care.
I have frequented this location a lot lately, and I have to say, this might be the best Cincinnati McDonald's location. My order is done very quickly and it's correct every single time. If they premake everything, they have next level timing skills because the food is always hot. The staff is always incredibly friendly.

Quarter pound meat is so greasy the bottom bun can be wrung out like a towel this happens more times than not . I have no problem waiting for the burger to get cooked but the quality control is horrid at this location and has been for some time.

I only ever come to this McDonalds for their breakfast. Today I came in and ordered an egg and cheese biscuit sub round egg and griddle. I finally got my order and as I’m half way to my destination I realize they made the wrong sandwich (sausage and egg on a griddle) I turn around and go back and kindly tell the manager with the purple hair my sandwich was made wrong. She gave me an attitude and proceeds to open up the sandwich and say there was no mistake made. At this time I told her what I ordered and showed her what I got. I was told to pull forward. I got what I thought was my sandwich made the right way, all the find out it was the same sandwich I returned with cheese added (sausage egg and cheese on a griddle.) what I originally ordered was round egg and cheese on a griddle. There’s been a couple other times where I’ve had interactions with that same manager and often times her personality isn’t welcoming at all. She seems bothered anytime someone shows up at the window.
