There Mocha Frappes and large fries are my go to happy place. When i need alittle joy, that my go to meal. The chocolaty goodness with the saltiness of the fries... i love McDonald's so much for these two foods, i could very well be Ronald McDonald's clown cousin, Frappe Fry McDonald.

PLEASE FIX THE MOBILE ORDER CODE SYSTEM OR TEACH THE EMPLOYEES HOW TO USE IT!!! Some girl at the pay window literally just said a bunch of rude stuff loud enough so that i could hear it about how she hates mobile order people like me who think they can skip the line and not have to wait like everybody else while she looked up my order on the computer, all because the guy who took my code at the speaker box never input it yet told me to have a nice day and that i can pull around. Like literally why is she rude and mad at ME when it was her coworker that didn’t put my code in. Like and it wasn’t even busy there when i went through like ya’ll are really having this hard of a time getting mobile orders right????

Ordered my food, they had me pull to reservation 1 and no one came out even after all the cars pulled out the driveway. I only know how long i was waiting because it my deal icon said I had 3 mins until i could use a reward again......finally went inside and I waited another 10 mins....for 2 items. Whatever manager was there today needs to go. The other manager during the week is always great.

They just need to do away with mobile ordering. Every time we do a mobile order here we have to change the pick up method to curbside because they can't find the order. I don't blame the people in the restaurant as they're not getting paid enough to care but someone is making good money off of screwing people over.

Went to this location we were not given a receipt, we ordered 2 cheeseburger meal with 2 sweet teas were asked to go to the front window when our bag was given she didn't bring our teas she had to go back and get them. The teas were very weak had to go back in to get others as we were heading through town we started eating our supposed burgers but there was no meat.

So my family rarely go to McDonald's,but when we do it's the one on nilles Rd in Fairfield. And every time it disappoints with a number of different problems from cold fry's, cold burgers, wrong burgers in the right box or all three.
