I called to ask if there were bagels today, January 7th, and they told me that they did have them, and when my husband arrived at La Rosca, they didn't even have an hour to call, and since they no longer had them, they increasingly have people with less education and more despotism.

Lady in the bakery has no idea what she's doing. Went there to order a cake and while taking our order she stopped helping us to help another client even though she was helping us first. During the whole interaction she kept stopping and helping the other customer. When she finally got to our cake order she didn't comprehend what we were talking about even while talking to her in fluent Spanish. She was all over the place and she made us feel like we couldn't get the cake on the day we needed it so we ordered it for a day later than we needed it and still she didn't seem like she wanted to do it. She was all over the place, definitely not good customer service. Today we called to ask how much was left to pay on the cake and she told me she would tell me in a few moments and I spent over 40 minutes on hold waiting for her to tell me how much was left to pay.

I went into purchase some pastries, and they didn’t even have a bag to put them in and the guy handed me a tray like I was gonna walk out with pastries on a tray to my car and then had nerve to get offended at me because I asked him for a bag

I love cakes

We have ordered from here several times with no issue.The day of my kids party, I was told they had no order with my name. They finally found it.The cake was $70, not even what was ordered and dry. It looked like a kid wrote on it. How tf do you make a 3 leches cake dry?We ended up throwing it away.
