I dine in once every other week or so, the staff is always pleasant & food comes out fairly quick too! They’re very consistent in quality & it has become one of my favorite restaurants in town! Most people do take out so there is never an issue to find seating either.

This place was a savior when I was in town and wanted some quick Chinese. I would have given 5 stars, but I didn’t get utensils and the garlic chicken sauce was sweet. Next time I’ll ask for utensils, half the sauce and probably update to 5 stars.

Ordered from a semi truck 3 miles away from restaurant. The wait was a little bit. Waiting for it was worth it. I got chicken and brocoli with chicken fried rice. I also ordered the steam dumplings. Everything was on point. Phenomenal great tasting food.

I actually have been a huge fan of panda garden till this evening. I bought fried shrimp and fries for my kid and she bit into one and the entire poop vein was not only still completely intact but all of them were like that. They were so unapetizing and of course my kid wouldn't eat them. I also ordered beef fried rice but because of that menu set up that brings up beef or shrimp, somehow got shrimp instead of beef. Im so disappointed over their food quality. Whats upsetting is the fact that they knew people wont see the vein so they didnt bother to clean them. I know this because my shrimp lo mein were cleaned, so i dont understand why they would just skip the fried ones. This leaves me to wonder what else they cut corners on. Please do better Panda Garden. Youre the only Chinese place who still sells water chestnuts and I really think you could be the best in ohio but you have some work to do.
I thought this restaurant was great until today when I was here at work and warmed up my noodles I had left over from yesterday still in the container that was delivered. Two bites in and crunch and my heart dropped, I cleaned my mouth out from the hard object I had bit into and I had almost consumed a rice sized piece of glass and honestly not sure if I consumed small fragments in the first bite I took. I will never eat here again and will be contacting the BBB and the health department to investigate this restaurant. Whomever cooked my food is a terrible person and knew they had broke something around my food and still allowed it to be delivered to me. This happening makes it hard to ever want to order take out again. I am so angry that my health was put at risk like this. You should be put out of business!

First time customer, ordered online for a 7 pm delivery but that time wasn’t honored. The fried rice was bland and the spare ribs were so dry, I could barely eat them. Won’t be trying this place again.

If you want FAST, SIMPLE and simply GREAT Chinese cuisine, then your search is over. I have yet to have a bad meal or dish there to date. Commendable. Didn't pre-order? No problem. Depending on time and day, you're in and out in 5-8 minutes. At least in my experiences. Excellent lunch specials prices. Always hot and delicious. The staff, ever present is courteous. I mean, what more can you ask for? Highly recommended.
