Every time I go to this location I have nothing but a good experience. The staff and the environment there is always welcoming and my order is ALWAYS correct. Thank you for everything you do
Vegetarian options: From the dressings and milk options to the main courses. There are plenty of options that are actually tasty.
Dietary restrictions: I can’t eat any of the meat options that they offer but they have so much more to chose from! I always always get a salad and soup or a bagel and salad.

Come here to do schoolwork, but I eat as well. The whole place itself is filthy. Tables always dirty while they stand around w/ dirty, stringy looking hair. I never see anyone was their hands. I do see hands in contact w/ mouth, face, & stringy hair and speaking of dorry of dirty, it’s what the restrooms always are. It seems to be the case of every restroom at Panera’s. A couple of months ago I come to eat & do school work , the drink area was not cleaned. Come in the next morning for a reward item- it was the same way.

Looked short staffed and frazzled. I attempted to order 6 specific bagels that I could clearly see they had plenty of. The employee told me the customer in front of me had a big order and she did not know if there would've been enough bagels to complete my other, and I completely underatood that. However, I moved aside so they can finish her order, come to find out the employee had not even asked what kind of bagels this costumer wanted yet. Soooo how do you assume you wouldn't have enough to complete my order when the customer in front of me was not even done with hers? Thats not very organized service.

Don’t come here. We waited 30+ minutes and a worker yelled at us and a woman in front of us. We waited on our food for over 30 minutes with no communication from staff. The poor lady behind us had to get out of our car in the drive thru and ask US to tell staff she needed to leave for an appointment. For the first time in that 30 minutes, one staff member came to the window. He yelled at us to move, and he yelled at her in front of us, too. He didn’t allow her the opportunity to get a refund, and when we went inside we discovered our food had been done and was cold. He said nothing to us, he just slammed the sandwich on the counter.

Went to Panera today, ordered broccoli cheddar soup and it was extremely runny and had no taste, order a Turkey sandwich and and received buddig thin sliced pressed meat, not what I expected and it was terrible! Won’t be eating there again

Enjoy your food ?? ?...but the ? toast today wasn't as good as yesterday's...they coasted the top.of a very thin layer of ? with mayo...NOT GOOD...I SHOULD HAVE BROUGHT IT BACK BUT IT'S JUST TOO MUCH HASSLE...YOU GUYS DO AN GREAT PREP JOB SO WAS SURPRISED.

This location is always out of something. How hard is it to be properly stocked with the items it takes to make the food? I went through the drive thru they allowed me to order a sandwich and then after I paid came back to the window and said they were out of bacon ! It also took 10 minutes to get my drive thru order when I was the only one there. Even though this location is the closest I’ll drive to a further location.
