I had a bad experience. I reported it to customer service and their response was the worst I have received from a large company by far. No response would have been better. This location has been an average pizza place in the past. Papa Corporate's handling of a bad experience makes me never want to spend money with Papa John's.

Really sad I have always enjoyed Papa Johns and it seems quality isn't what it used to be. Not sure if it's this place specifically or Papa Johns everywhere. Really hope you guys step it back up!

The Works pizza is always amazing! I just think that the Fairfield location needs to hire about 5 to 6 more people to get them through the Friday night rush. I thought it would be better to pick it up myself. I was wrong. It took about an hour and 20 minutes to get my pizza. I showed up when they told me it would be ready, and I still waited 45 more minutes. Please hire more people! The ones who were there looked exhausted.
