They do not have their own delivery drivers. They have to outsource to DoorDash. After two different delivery drivers have been assigned we still have no pizza. Now we have to figure out how to get a refund and nobody answers the phone. We will never order Pizza Hut again.

I ordered a personal pan cheese pizza and there was no cheese on the pizza. I called to get the order replaced and they refused to replace my order for delivery.

HORRIBLY RAN BUSINESS. Ordered today at 12 on the phone and the person who took my order didnt verify the address. They use doordash to deliver and of course food never showed. Called them to get refund and I was told to call after 5 to get a manager. Called at 5 and manager is late. Called after 6 only the GM can refund my money. They offered credit but after my experience I want nothing to do with the business. Please dont waster your time .

Pizza was so disappointing. I used to love the Pizza Hut on Pleasant ave. I guess they are under new ownership now. The Pizza does not taste the same at all.

i haven’t been to this location in over 4 years and the store has absolutely gone downhill since the management has changed. honestly doesn’t look like they bother cleaning anything anymore, and no one acknowledged me for at least 5 minutes when i walked in despite me being the only customer in the store with 5 employees working and very few orders up. more importantly that all of that though, the melt that i ordered was completely inedible and should not have been served. half of the dough was still raw from where they let the dough overlap before they cooked it - fortunately i noticed it on the first bite and ended up just throwing it away. looking at pictures of what the melt should’ve looked like, clearly these people haven’t been trained. i know pizza hut as a whole has been declining for years, but when i used to frequent this location before they sold off all their stores in the area, it was never this bad. not sure who the new owner is, but they have no business running restaurants.

I came in at 1130 for a carry out order and the place was packed. No one came to the counter for about 10 mins but in all fairness he was the only one working. Even tho it was a little bit of a wait my food was perfect.

Ordered online for pickup got there when it said was done it was not my wife waited over 45 mins for 1 pizza that when we got home wasn't even right ordered stuffed crust and it wasn't our breadsticks were cold and while in there the phone was ringing and the worker would pick it up and hang up immediately very disappointed

Can't speak English enough to even take a order called over 4 times trying to get issues fixed keep saying call back 5 mins for English
Was not completely happy with our pizza, just didn't have the taste we was used to. More than half was thrown in the trash. Our chicken winf was very good and we enjoyed them. Also I was not told Doordash was delivering the pizza or I would have picked it up myself.

The service was good. Pizza hut can be a bit more greasy but in a good way for pizza occasionally for me. I'm not a fan of Pizza hut sauce, in my opinion I like a hearty Pizza sauce over marinara. But get it light and you should be fine if you're like me.

Pizza is pretty good! My family likes pizza hut better than domino's, donatos, etc Pizza hut's sauce is more flavorful.
When I picked up my family's order, one of the cooks decided to come from the back and stare at me as I completed my transaction with the cashier. This felt a little strange.
